Consumer Complaint: My family of XXXX and I had a land contract scam and must purchase a home by fXXXX XXXX. I am currently XXXX points from pre approval which is what we need to start shopping. I found out that even though I was paying Credit Acceptance on time weekly auto pay, there was a week that did not go through and rolled over. Due to that my car payment is showing XXXX late payments. XXXX Once we corrected and figured this out, we made sure to pay XXXX and XXXX to have this update ASAP ON ALL THREE BEUROS. I always paid toward my secure credit card debit which is the only item I owe for. XXXX now is showing XXXX and my usage at 50 % and XXXX at XXXX and 3 % usage! I paid XXXX twice to update my scores early to get the XXXX point needed to get that pre approval and for the loan officer to see my scores at XXXX. After paying twice and seeing the changes on XXXX XXXX points and XXXX, XXXX has XXXX not shown these updates! I feel as if XXXX lied as I was told they only have control over their scores, but promoted all THREE updating early rather than in 15 days!? Also after contacting and unlocking my online account on XXXX, I was told only a dispute will get them to update and report correctly? I am unable to dispute due to the fact that we are trying to purchase mortgage and my loan office said not to dispute anything! Please help me get this score to show correctly. I am playing down my secured credit card below 50 % now and everything else has be and show paid off or has been current! The medical bill is currently supposed to be taken up as I had insurance. I need XXXX or XXXX to be at at least a XXXX for us to both be pre approved and due to being uneducated, we were scammed when we attempted to buy this land contract and home and we are in a time crunch! Consumer Complaint: Creditacceptance has aquired full rights title interest on a vehicle that ive purchased through XXXX XXXX. Theyre operating fraudulenly and they know it. Facts : on XXXX ive purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX/credit acceptance. I've entered into this contract without full disclosure. XXXX XXXX credit acceptance knowing and willingly took advantage of me and my consumer credit. I was given false and deceptive information. I was told that a downpayment of {$1900.00} was needed in order for me to drive off the lot. XXXX XXXX/ Credit acceptance, failed to clearly and conspicously disclose to me that a Finance charge, WAS the SUM OF ALL CHARGES, and never informed me of my RIGHT to include my insurance into the finanace charge. I was never given notices that comes along with consumer credit transactions. I was never informed of my right to rescind either, full disclosure of my right to rescind.2 ). Transparency regarding the process of the consumer credit transaction/application being the financial asset. 12 CFR 360.6 ( 2 ) as well as self liquidating paper, 17 CFR260.11b, False and deceptive information 15 USC 1692e and 15 USC 1605 and 15 USC 1635 ( a ) and 15 USC 1611 ( 1 ) ( 3 ). Due to the facts of said violations affiant rescinds the contract with XXXX XXXX Creditacceptance , wgich was sent via certified mail return reciept. Credit acceptance knowinlgy is damaging my reputation has caused me extreme emotional distress and placed me in a state of XXXX, fear, and uncertainty of the financing system. I have wanted to buy a house but now i can not due to the negative actions of creditAcceptance and thier reportings on my consumer report, which ive never given written consent for them to do so.

I tried disputing with the directly and the credit bureaus such as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have failed to verified such allegations. no one is willing to help me or show proof that I was in fact late. each bureau has different count of days late the same month and year. Credit Acceptance corp XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as you can see nothing matches and the reporting on them are different on all 3 bureaus some are stating 30 days late but on another the same month and year says 90 days its absurd and need to changed to pay as agreed on all 16 months

My bi weekly payments are made on time but my credit report does not reflect these timely payments. If the company agrees to a payment arrangement then the credit report should reflect accordingly. Its a mis-representation of the agreement between myself and the auto company.
