However, I have never received any prior notification regarding this collection. Furthermore, I strongly believe that the debt being claimed is not accurate. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I am entitled to request and receive validation of the debt. Therefore, I kindly request that you provide me with the necessary validation and take appropriate action to rectify this matter.

Consumer Complaint: This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon, and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties, and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which makes this unfair practices

I had other information on my account that was fraudulent and was removed along with wrong name variations that I have never used. I can't understand what experian received that the other two agencies didn't that they decided not to remove the account. It is as if they didn't really investigate the account. I have never received any written or phone contact from this company regarding this account.

Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my credit report via credit karma, I observed a collections/charge off being reported on XX/XX/2023, for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account said to have been opened on XXXX XXXX. This is showing an owed balance of {$3000.00}. I was recently the victim of identity theft and had other fraudulent charges appear on my credit report from other retailers as well. I never signed or entered into any contract/agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never received any itemized billing statements from XXXX, nor have they made any attempt to verify this account or the charges stated. This account and any charges incurred were done fraudulently and without my knowledge. Convergent Outsourcing , Inc is now contacting me in an attempt to collect a debt from me on charges that were incurred without my consent or knowledge. These are fraudulent charges that I am not liable for.
