Consumer Complaint: I have been dealing with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX since XXXX on this matter to no avail. They charged me for my phone on XXXX on my XXXX XXXX Bill and my XXXX XXXX card in the amount of {$420.00}. I paid this in full on my XXXX card months ago. They turned me into Convergent ( account # XXXX ) ON XX/XX/2022. I tried resolving this through the XXXX and this has been a nightmare. They wrecked my credit score and I want them to fix it. Consumer Complaint: Convergent outsourcing is doing what they do and trying to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX that I recently worked with XXXXXXXX XXXX to remove it from my credit report. It is confirmed removed by XXXX XXXX multiple times and again today. Convergent outsourcing is trying to collect a debt the original creditor investigated and removed all XXXX $ $ from my credit report. Then convergent comes again trying to collect and messing up my score. Contact original debtor XXXX XXXX and they will tell you there is nothing owed. They removed it in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: this about the account with convergent outsourcing. The dispute results that were sent to me were not what i asked them to correct. I requested the account to be deleted from collections because one of their representatives whom I called and spoke with falsely reported their company would remove the debt from my credit report if I agreed to pay the settlement payment which was agreed to. But the debt is the still on my credit report. So, my complaint is I was lied to and promised something that I was trying to do in good faith. I know the phone call was recorded and would and it will have the entire conversation on that day. I would like them to present it to your company so you will hear exactly what was said. it will let you hear the young lady i spoke with promise to delete the account if i paid the settlement. I did exactly that. But the account is still listed. This is false representation and deception to the consumer who has trusted these agencies and is trying to do what is right to resolve issues on their credit report.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX a reporting from convergent outsource was placed in my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX amount of XXXX. As stated by XXXX this account is from XXXX. My identity was stolen in XXXX. I sent them documentation of the incident. Once I noticed convergent was reported on my credit report I immediately did a police report. I went through all the steps repeatedly and nothing happened. I went through both convergent outsource and XXXX more that two time and went to numerous XXXX stores, where they had me provide documentation.
