Consumer Complaint: Convergent Outsourcing Inc is currently reporting on my XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX consumer reporting bureaus that I owe their company, {$380.00}. However, after reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between Convergent Outsourcing Inc & myself, legally listing Convergent Outsourcing Inc as a person/company entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. On XX/XX/2023 ( document enclosed ) I mailed & faxed a letter to Convergent Outsourcing Inc . It was NOT a request for verification or validation. This letter was a demand for proof of contract to substantiate Convergent Outsourcing Incs claim to XXXX, XXXX & XXXX that I am indeed the correct person that owes {$380.00}. Convergent Outsourcing Inc responded back by mail with computer generated documents and NO documents contained my wet signature to substantiate their claim. Nevertheless, no document was notarized through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made ( and sent to me ) is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question. I corresponded back by mail and fax on XX/XX/2023 and Convergent Outsourcing Inc has ignored my legal demand for information. Convergent Outsourcing Incs documentation provided is misleading. Convergent Outsourcing Inc has yet to provide a underlying credit agreement, no proof of ownership and provided no legal basis to report " late payments '' or any information to consumer reporting agencies. As a ramification due to this fraudulent account, I was discriminated against & denied my right to be extended credit. Nevertheless, I have suffered emotional and mental stress because of this false and negative credit bureau reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Convergent Outsourcing multiple times demanding any and all documents, bearing my wet signature, showing that I have a legally binding/contractual obligation to pay Convergent Outsourcing {$770.00}, the payment history, and a breakdown of the bill in question, specifically naming the above company as a person/company entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me ... and my legal demands have went unanswered. I do not know this company. I have no business with this company. I do not owe this company any money. This company has falsely reported information to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which has resulted in defamation of my character. Furthermore, this company has created a deceptive image that gives potential & future creditors/employees the illusion that I am in debt or that I am liable for the alleged debt mentioned above. Any computer generated bill such as an XXXX bill is unacceptable.
