Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX I owe {$520.00} for a canceled contract on XX/XX/XXXX. The contract was canceled because XXXX could not receive a signal for their services at my location. I had a technician try multiple times to resolve the issue. When he couldnt, because of my location, he said there was nothing he could do and I should cancel my contract. I have sent multiple letters to XXXX and 3 other debt collection agencies represented by XXXX disputing the debt. Each time I contact a debt collector they say XXXX recalled the debt and I need to contact XXXX. The last debt collection agency I contacted was Convergent, I spoke with XXXX XXXX. The last person at XXXX I talked to was XXXX ( employee number XXXX ). She is XXXX XXXX Senior Account XXXX. I disputed the debt with both XXXX and XXXX on the telephone on XX/XX/XXXX because both said they had not received a letter stating I disputed the debtXXXX XXXX is saying I did not give them enough time to resolve the issue but the technician was not putting all the information about appointments on file. I sent all hardware I obtained back to XXXX.

The reporting of such inaccurate information has caused severe damage to my character, reputation, my general good mode of living my ability to obtain credit for personal and house purposes. You and your inaccurate reporting have damaged my livelihood. 15 U.S. Code $ 1681s-2-Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) DUTY OF FURNISHERS OF INFORMATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION ( 1 ) PROHIBITION ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Definitions : Duty : a moral or legal obligation ; a responsibility Accurate : correct in all details ; exact. Prohibition : a law or regulation forbidding something. 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 states that you are a furnisher of information to a consumer reporting agency. You are prohibited by law to furnish inaccurate information. My credit score has dropped due to the identify theft/fraud of my name, personal information. 2. ) Received in the mail XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX - Reference # XXXX of an account that was not approved from a XXXX XXXX XXXX card.
