Consumer Complaint: I have been continuously denied for services started in XX/XX/XXXX that are supposed to be meant for me to receive. I have contacted multiple representatives, agents and supervisors at this company through email, mail and voice. Ive filed complaints with XXXX and XXXX which resulted in me receiving a denial letter. Ive contacted the trustee ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and treasurer ( XXXX XXXX ) of this company and have not gotten any remedy regarding my accounts. I know that using the SSN assigned to me at birth doesnt belong to me according to the guidelines, rules and procedures of the SSA act and that I have been turned into a transmitting utility ( Privacy Act of 1974 ). I know that ALL debts public and private belong to the United States according to Title 18 sec 8. I now know that all these years I have been paying a debt with debt notes and have tried to properly pay with the bonds attached to the remittance slip and have been denied. I have filed billing errors with XXXX XXXX, XXXX company and my services have been interrupted and is still currently off 15 USC 1666 ( a ). I have been hindered over these past few months because my life has been stopped with work, family, not being able to reach out or make important calls and missing important calls regarding court cases. XXXX XXXX, XXXX have not been following protocol according to their security agreement theyve filed with the Securities Exchange Commission XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX have taken adverse action against me and shut off my services, closed my accounts, and denied me access to even view any statements needed to make proper payment 15 USC 1666 ( Pub. L. 90321, title I, 161 ). I know for a fact that XXXX XXXX, XXXX company have committed mail fraud over these eight years that Ive have services with them by sending statements via online portal and certified mail that are considered securities in which are supposed to be sent registered mail and have been soliciting a bill to me in which only the president of the United States can write bills that are put into effect. I know that according to the Securities Exchange quarterly and annual reports all debts are to be discharged and copies of the income that has been discharged should have been sent to me via registered mail so that could file them with my 1040 individual tax return. I have been threatened and violated in reporting my personal information to the credit agencies and have had multiple third party debt collectors come after me in pursuit of collecting debts owed 15 USC 1666 ( a ) ( Pub. L. 90321, title I, 162 ). I know that any account that has an outstanding balance in access of 1 $ and should be credited to my personal account 15 USC 1666 ( d ) ( Pub. L. 90321, title I, 165 ). I have previously sent in the statements to the proper departments for payment with the proper bonds and even attached the remittance portion which is supposed to be deposited into my personal account via electronic funds transfer, 22 CFR 22.3 and T- Mobile XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have kept the payment stub and remittance coupon. I know that due to my ignorance I was unaware. Please help me get relief as I have been denied trying to properly get remedy. The definition of an account 12 CFR 1002.2 means an extension of credit. When employed in relation to an account, the word use refers only to open-end credit. Adverse action means ( i ) A refusal to grant credit in substantially the amount or on substantially the terms requested in an application unless the creditor makes a counteroffer ( to grant credit in a different amount or on other terms ) and the applicant uses or expressly accepts the credit offered; ( ii ) A termination of an account or an unfavorable change in the terms of an account that does not affect all or substantially all of a class of the creditor 's accounts ; or ( iii ) A refusal to increase the amount of credit available to an applicant who has made an application for an increase. Consumer credit means credit extended to a natural person primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. 45 CFR 2554.4 A statement means any written representation, certification, affirmation, document, record, or accounting or bookkeeping entry made with respect to a claim or with respect to a contract, bid or proposal for a contract, grant, loan or other benefit from the Corporation. Also the Telephone Act Title 47 USC 227 says that I am entitled to everything in my demands upon written notice.

Consumer Complaint: This is so annoying & frustrating. Ive sent XXXX multiple letters that Im the XXXX whos disputing the items that are UNKNOWN to me. In XXXX responses that make the claim that have not initiated any disputes on my behalf due to the fraudulent or high risk nature, and the documents I provided have either been confirmed as fraudulent or deemed as high risk due to the potential for fraud. This is a complete joke. How in the world did they verify this claims? First of all, I know that under FCRA Section 619 Obtaining information under false pretenses that any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be fined under title 18 United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both. Most importantly, I never sent my documentation to anyone else as it deemed as high risk due to the potential for fraud. Also, according to FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 3 ) Determination That Dispute Is Frivolous or Irrelevant ( A ) a consumer reporting agency may terminate a reinvestigation of information disputed by a consumer under that paragraph if the agency reasonably determines that the dispute by the consumer is frivolous or irrelevant, including by reason of a failure by a consumer to provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed information. ( B ) Notice of determination. Upon making any determination in accordance with subparagraph ( A ) that a dispute is frivolous or irrelevant, a consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of such determination not later than 5 business days after making such determination, by mail or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. Again, under FCRA 617 Civil liability for negligent noncompliance [ 15 U.S.C. 1681o ] Any person who is negligent in failing to comply with any requirement imposed under this title with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of ( XXXX ) any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure; and ( XXXX ) in the case of any successful action to enforce any liability under this section, the costs of the action together with reasonable attorneys fees as determined by the court. I need your help! As a consumer, I need to correct my credit file for my credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity to obtain my rights and My Financial Freedom that has been DAMAGE. Consumer Complaint: XXXX cell account # XXXX. XXXX owed {$1100.00}. The debt was transferred to Convergent Outsourcing XXXX. Which was settled for XXXX cents on the dollar. I paid Convergent Outsourcing account # XXXX {$550.00} to settle the account. They said they would report it to XXXX as account paid for XXXX cent on the dollar and it should be closed with a XXXX balance. They also sent me a letter with a receipt for the amount paid for less than the full balance and the account should be closed. It would also be reported to XXXX as such. XXXX is telling me i still owe the balance although it was already settled with the XXXX XXXX. That is mis-information on both of their part. The XXXX account should show settled and with a XXXX balance and account should be closed. But the account is still showing open with a balance on XXXX side.

Consumer Complaint: Approximately early XXXX, saw that my frozen credit had received a collection notice against it, instantly hurting my credit score.
