Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am writing in response to a Coinbase issue I have ran into in which shares were taken from my account XXXX purchased XXXX shares on XXXX for XXXX. On XXXX the shares in Coinbase showed I had {$75000.00}. Coinbase deducted my account and illegally took XXXX shares of XXXX without my consent. These shares are currently valued at {$100000.00}. I am requesting the Shares I purchased be reinstated on my account immediately to avoid further action. Please update # of Coins from XXXX back to XXXX which is what I originally purchased. Proof of ownership is listed below. {$980.00} ( after coinbase fees ) at XXXX per XXXX. I owned XXXX units and these were valued at {$75000.00} in Coinbase on XXXX. On XX/XX/22 Coinbase updated my share ownership from XXXX units to XXXX with no notice. I understand from the site they have technical issues and suspended trading of these but they need to warrant the transactions that were made.

What would be a fair resolution to this issue? Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 my cell phone stopped working and XXXX admitted I was a victim of XXXX card swap. This is where Coinbase comes in. I followed proper security measures with all passwords on my Coinbase account. Due to Coinbase negligence someone stole all my funds ( {$5600.00} ) in my Coinbase account. I filed a complaint with Coinbase ( XXXX ) and they said they can do nothing about it. I filed a police report ( XXXX ) and they said to go after the company who stole the funds. I just want to be reimbursed for the stolen money. It's a lot of money when you trust passwords to work and they don't. There is no security anymore especially with Coinbase.
