Consumer Complaint: Coinbase Pro disabled my account. Im unable to withdraw my money or trade. I currently have a total of XXXX $ Where {$1000.00} are available in US dollars, and the rest XXXX $ are traded in coins. I have tried contacting support multiple times and I cant get an answer. On XX/XX/XXXX I deposited {$1000.00} on my Coinbase pro account and received an email from Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX saying these funds where available for me to withdraw. Additionally I have another {$400.00} and {$100.00} that they are actually traded but again, the account is disabled and can not do anything with these as well. Ive attached the only response I have received from them. I have also opened different cases all unresolved. Some they claimed it being resolved when not.

I have now made sure that I was able to cover and I can but I can't reinstate my bank account on the Coinbase app and I am being refused to trade and interact with my money on the exchange. I am essentially stuck amid the increase in XXXXXXXX XXXX price. The company lacks capable customer support and is slowly responding to emails and XXXX posts. I just desire a resolution to this situation. I have already addressed it with my bank and they said that my deposits went through so I am unsure as to what the problem truly is. The case numbers are Case # XXXX and Case # XXXX. I am hoping to see this resolved in the near future and will not be doing business with Coinbase again.

Consumer Complaint: I tried to close my Coinbasepro account which had {$67.00}. I pushed the wrong button and accidentally transferred {$67.00} from my XXXX account into the Coinbasepro account, increasing the balance to XXXX. I contacted XXXX to stop the transfer of money, which they did. Coinbasepro does not allow cancellation of transfers. I log back on Coinbasepro and try to transfer my funds back into chase to close the Coinbasepro account, and now I am greeted with a warning, telling me that my ability to withdraw has been restricted unless I come up with {$67.00}! They are saying that I owe the {$67.00}. I can not get my remaining balance out, and they are now charging me {$2.00} each day I am delinquent. Coinbase Pro does not have any customer service phone number or email. Just automated service that does not answer specific problems. Date of incident XX/XX/21

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase has locked my account for over 1 and half weeks without letting me access my funds. I joined Coinbase somewhere around XX/XX/XXXX. I never had any issues till I started realizing the total amount of my portfolio was not adding up to the total portfolio amount listed by Coinbase. My account would have XXXX while Coinbase would say the highest my account has gone is XXXX or XXXX vice versa. When you can clearly see the total amount in the chart. I have proof dating back 3 months now. Then they locked my brothers account for over 3 weeks as well causing him to loose majority of his money. I started paying attention and taking screenshots for proof. I've been taking screenshots for over 3 months now, as I have read about multiple peoples experience with Coinbase locking accounts and fraud occurring. I figured it was only a matter of time before they tried to do the same with me. Every transaction I've made since then I make sure to keep a record of. I recently made multiple transaction which caused Coinbase to lock my account. They stated I owed them {$2000.00} from a transaction that never went through from my bank. I sent an email stating their records was wrong and eventually got back to them, letting them know I was able to review my bank account and verified indeed my bank did put a stop pay on the transaction. My account was never credited the additional {$2000.00} but now Coinbase wants me to pay {$2000.00}. I even reached out for the process to go ahead and pay said {$2000.00} as I really don't feel comfortable not knowing what's going on with my account, and funds. Most especially with the way the market has been moving. I got an email that they charged the XXXX to my bank account, and that I should have access back into my account, they did this without my approval to withdraw funds from my account or warning that they would be charging my account. I check my account and it was still locked. My account has been locked for 2 weeks without access to my funds or any explanation as to why, or actions to resolve the problem. I've since also reached out to the support team as advised by Coinbase itself, in attempt to withdraw my funds as I no longer feel comfortable utilizing their services, due to the lack of communication and transparency. Today I logged in and a total error message came up saying I have now been completely locked out, yet I still haven't gotten word back nor do I know the state my account is in. Luckily I still have all my screenshot and ledger. With the most recent one taken just last night. I'm hoping this can be resolved in a quick manner so I won't have to take further necessary actions, but the way it's looking I just might have to. Thats all the money I have which I use in taking care of my family abroad as well as myself. I have not been able to take care of necessary needs and even unable to take care of sick family back home! Thats not ok and they should not be allowed to do this to people! Please help me, I have nowhere else to make my case and time is ticking for my family member back home. This is so unfair Coinbase needs work and so does their support team

They told me that I cant send swap different currency. So I gently asked them to reverse the transaction but they told that they cant and my money are lost. Consumer Complaint: Case number XXXX Email sent XXXX XXXX XXXX. The title of the email was License Picture Rejected Over and Over. I accidently hit a key and disabled my account from my I phone for fraud. So the account was disabled and I could not get in. I tried to reopen my account by taking picture from my computer but license rejected several times. XXXX # XXXX Email sent XXXX XXXX XXXX. Title License Accepted. I got my account on I phone and was able to take picture of license and it was accepted but still account disabled. Case XXXX XX/XX/21 XXXXXXXX XXXX. Title was License and again XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I got the following response each time I emailed them. " Hello, Thanks for submitting your request to Coinbase Support. We are here to help and will be in touch as soon as possible. In the mean time, you can find answers to many of your questions by visiting our help center. Regards Coinbase Support. I found none of the articles addressed my issue. They had no chat or phone support.
