Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I emailed Coinbase, as they have no way of contacting them by phone, which I find unfair, and strange. I need them to fix this problem for me ASAP. I used to have an old account with the company, which I've since deleted. I now have a new account that I use. However, I need access to the XXXX file of all of transactions that took place on the old account emailed to me. Or, a merge of both accounts so that all transactions become accessible on the new account I use.

Consumer Complaint: This is regarding my Coinbase account. My cell phone was stolen and as a result I had to switch to a new cellphone however maintaining the same phone number. As Coinbase uses an authenticator application to verify ( which was in my old cell phone ) I can no longer access my own account. After repeated contact with Coinbase help desk I only receive emails that someone is looking into it, but no results. Surely there has to be a company policy in how to deal with a stolen cellphone issue like mine and resolve that quickly. Please help XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 my coin base account was hacked for a second time. I tried all the measure needed by contacting coin base, resetting my account password and and waiting for a email. I try to reach out to coin base several times since this incident happen. I received a email stating that someone would reposed to me in 4 to 5 days ( twice ) and I have not received any email of any support team. The last email I received from them stated that this account was closed but no one had even contacted me to get this issue resolved completely. This has been going on for 32days an I am ready to discontinue my services with coin base but no one has even sent me a email or confirmation to get back into my account to do so. I do have shares on coin base worth 300 if not more at this time. This has been extremely frustrating and I would like to get this over with and use a reliable company.

Consumer Complaint: The scam/fraud, I believe, starts with a XXXX hack and linked to Coinbase. The odd thing is how did they get past two-factor authentication ( 2FA ). The other thing not explained by Coinbase is that I noticed the hack on the same day and within hours of the hack and immediately locked my account. It seems also odd that when I sold an asset the process took not hours but certainly more than a day for it to clear the funds. Of course, I do not hear from Coinbase after locking my account and submitting a notice to Coinbase via their online help form and telephone request to lock the account. As of now, I have no access to my account or any meaningful info from Coinbase. Date of Hack : XXXX XX/XX/2021 Amount app {$24000.00} of ETH on Coinbase Notice given was XXXX XX/XX/2021 and account locked. No response but an email saying they will look at the account that is locked but no word from Coinbase.

Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, I set up an account with Coinbase either at the end of XXXX or the beginning of XXXX. At the time, I was working/living in XXXX playing professional hockey. I used my XXXX ID to set up the account and everything was all good. Then, I retired from playing hockey and came back to the U.S. I basically forgot about the account until just recently, but now, I can no longer access my account due to two reasons. First, the XXXX app that I used to access the account was on my old phone and no longer works when trying to log into my account. Second, when I try to recover my account, I can not because my current ID is from the U.S. The automated process that verifies someone's identity recognizes that I am who I say, but the ID is not from the country where the account was set up. So, on XX/XX/XXXX, I opened up a customer service inquiry with the website and got several automated responses, but nothing from a live human. There has been some back-and-forth and finally they said they were reviewing my case after I sent them some additional information. They said it would take 48-72 hours on XX/XX/XXXX and I haven't heard anything since. I have opened two other cases to resolve the issue and I would get one or several automated responses and then they just ghost me after that. I don't have a ton of money in the account, but I would like the ability to be able to access my money that I put into the account years ago. I do find it hilarious that this company is going public soon and at a $ XXXX valuation. They don't even have a telephone number where customers can talk to an actual human being. I have been going through their email process for weeks at this point and I am getting nowhere. Thank you very much for your time. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase withdrew money from me on XX/XX/2021 through means of ACH Fraud without my authorization. They were probably hacked on their end. I can not access my coinbase account to login and validate or verify any transaction history somehow. The amount taken without my authorization was {$2700.00} USD. I want my XXXX MONEY BACK NOW! I last logged into my coinbase account on XX/XX/XXXX and somehow money was transferred from my XXXX bank account without my authorization into coinbase on XX/XX/2021. I of course am no longer able to access my coinbase account. I called your phone numbers to report fraud and can not get a human being and used your so called unlocking system to try to regain access to this account which has my personal bank information and am unsuccessful.
