Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX I transfer my phone numbers from XXXX to XXXX. Before I did this I call many times telling them I was getting more drop calls than finish calls, They chose to do nothing to help the problem. They will not trouble shoot my phones. Due to my job I needed reliable service so I cancel with XXXX. So on XX/XX/XXXX over 3 years of canceling service there collection company Jefferson Capital System reported it to all 3 credit bureau. This should of been done 3 years ago. I am going to look into legal action on both XXXX and Jefferson Capital System if not removed from my credit recorder. Neither XXXX or Jefferson ever contacted me before they took this action!

Consumer Complaint: there is an account from XXXX XXXX being reported as charged of and a collection account from Jefferson capital as an account being in collection both accounts refer to XXXX XXXX. I don't recall having a XXXX account, I have never been notified by either of these accounts. I believe Jefferson capital is trying to collect on an account I don't owe. Jefferson capital needs to send validation that this my account, and same with finger hut. XXXX and XXXX needs to remove both of these accounts for they are duplicate accounts being report twice to my credit report. once as a charged of credit card and once as a collection under Jefferson capital. if this problem is not resolved through this report, then I will have to file a fraud affidavit against Jefferson Capital for being in possession of my person information with out providing any proof why they should be in possession of such information. make sure all document sent to me bares my signature and a photo copy of my government issued ID.

I highly recommend you generate verification that XXXX XXXX has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Virginia. The vehicle was financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX ). In XXXX of XXXX XXXX went out of business. It is my understanding that the loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). All of my information with XXXX was current including my payments. I have attempted to contact XXXX by phone and e-mail with little success. I got no response to my email to XXXX. My phone calls were redirected and then disconnected. I was told that they did not have me in their system. My title still lists XXXX as the lien holder. My vehicle is listed as repossessed on my credit report. I still have my vehicle. I have not made payments to XXXX because it indicated that I did not have a loan with the company. They have not sent me any information and have not responded to my inquiries. I am an XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX with the United States XXXX and my credit report can impact my job. I wanted a new vehicle and could have traded in my XXXX if I could have cleared the loan. The confusion on the lien holder and the fact that the vehicle was listed as repossessed on my credit report meant that I was stuck with it. I was also concerned that someone would come and take the XXXX and I would have no way to get to work. I have purchased another vehicle. I could sell the XXXX if I had title or knew who I should pay to pay off the vehicle. Currently my ability to do anything financial is limited.

Subissue: Attempted to collect wrong amount
Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/19, Jefferson Capital Systems appeared on my credit report as a creditor trying to collect an alleged debt to {$20000.00} for the account number XXXX. I received no communication of this entity acquiring by transfer, assignment etc, the alleged amount in incorrect and I have a letter from XXXX showing a lesser amount owed. These are violations of the FDCPA and the FCRA, of which I have the private right to bring a suit against all parties. This has negatively affected my ability to obtain reasonable interest rates on future financial products. There is also identity theft due to the fact that my personal information, to include social security account, has been possibly breached without my authorization.

XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX pm I called again and confirmed that they did update my address correctly, they did. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, I have no debt validation and the information is still on my credit report. XXXX XXXX failed to comply within the legal guidelines ; according to my consumer rights I demand this debt be taken off my credit report, permanently. I attached proof of my calls

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX my husband and I were offered private student loans through XXXX XXXX in which would borrowed approx. {$70000.00}. My husband was injured on the job and became XXXX XXXX. In XXXX, when the loans came due we used forbearance as our only option due to our financial situation. Around XXXX, We were informed through the mail that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased the private student loan debt in which they aggressive sought repayment by filing for a judgement against us. They were informed through the court system that my husband was XXXX XXXX and they still pursued the judgement. They also claimed that the debt we owed was well over {$200000.00}. Making any form of payment more than what my husband and I could afford. I found out XXXX XXXX XXXX had my bank account information and I was afraid of them freezing my accounts which would make it impossible to take care of our children therefore we are paying the loan through the watchful eye of Chapter XXXX bankruptcy. Do not take out private students loans! If you become XXXX the debt collection agencies do not care and will aggressively pursue you in court and ruin your life!
