Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 I send a request for investigation to XXXX. The agency responded on XX/XX/2020 the following results : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. No Changes Discover Financial No Changes XXXX XXXX XXXX No Changes XXXX XXXX XXXX ( USA ) No Changes XXXX XXXX No Changes Jefferson Capital System Deleted. On XX/XX/2020, I requested an updated copy of my credit report. I noticed that the items previously disputed had NOT been removed from my credit bureau. In particular, Jefferson Capital System. As of today, I am still able to see this item reflected on my credit report. Another issue has to do with the unverified information from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have mailed my last request, before I file for remedies in court, on XX/XX/2020. Hoping that the inequities of power and access can be adequately addressed by government agencies advocating for consumers. I look forward to hearing from the corresponding agencies soon.

I believe I'm a victim of identity theft by their company and would like this situation resolved before I seek filing charges. Under 609 of the FCRA I have rights that are being abridged. They can not swear under oath that I owe a debt.

Consumer Complaint: According to my credit report, I have an account with JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS XXXX. I am very confused about how I ended up with not only an unauthorized soft inquiry, but also a debt of {$980.00} that I somehow owe to JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS even though I've never done business with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), Credit Bureaus are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts that they post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for their reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I do not, nor have I ever held an account with JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS. I have never signed any kind of physical agreement to pay this amount to JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS, nor has the debt been verified on my credit report. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) that all three bureaus have on file of the accounts listed above because their failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if the bureaus ( along with collection agencies ) are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, they must remove the accounts listed above. I demand the following accounts be verified or removed from all three bureaus immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I was victim of identity theft as a result of being homeless and did not have a physical address in 2012. Numerous accounts were open without my permission. XXXX/XXXX calls and harass me daily for that unknown debt. I explained the ACCOUNT is FRAUDULANT and not mine. They sent me some billing info with incorrect addresses and I explained are not mines. I was also told by the credit bureaus that my personal data was breached from the credit bureaus and I am still fighting that. I hired a credit repair company to help me with these disputes, as I am new to this. I also sent a copy of the FTC and police report to XXXX back on XX/XX/XXXX and they still have not been been able to verify/ validate this debt is mine. They are not coorporating and states that they are willing to take settlements. Now I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that the account was bought out by them. I filed an FTC and police report with my local police department. I don't know what else to do so I am finally coming to you guys for some guidance please and to file a complaint in regards to unfair and illegal practice by both parties..
