Consumer Complaint: I was taken advantage of due to malpractice. While several FederaXXXX laws were broken under the ( FCRA ) by your company. This has caused me defamation of character, severe hardships, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX loss of enjoyment of activities. I cant apply for credit, my ability to apply for credit is tainted. The FCRA ( federal law ) says that as a consumer, I am legally allowed to challenge the validity and accuracy of these hard inquiries. And when I challenge these inquiries, it's called opening a dispute. The company pulling the consumer credit must provide documented proof, for example a document with my signature on it, that I authorized and provided consent for the hard inquiry. If your company fail to provide this documentation, then XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX must remove these inquiries from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital Systems LLC They continue to renew the date on the debt in question. The latest date renewed on XX/XX/2022 from a previous date. This keeps bringing my credit score down every time they change the date to a newer one. I have disputed the validity of the debt and have requested any documentation of Oral agreement, Written contract, Promissory note or Open-ended accounts. They have not responded to my emails or written letters requesting documentation. I have also requested for them to remove the debt in question from my credit report, which has obviously not happened. They claim that I have an open balance of {$1500.00}
