Consumer Complaint: I transferred cell phone services and equipment to two other XXXX customers around XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX did transfer the services but around the Summer of XXXX, they charged me for equipment in the amount of {$490.00} and {$1700.00}. I explained to XXXX and they agreed the account was transferred to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. As of today, the amount for {$490.00} has been sent to a collection company XXXX XXXX that has placed that amount on my credit as the ONLY derogatory debt. The other charge of {$1700.00} is showing late on my credit report from XXXX. I have disputed these charges with the credit bureaus and they reappear. I need immediate help.
