Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX yesterday about fraud and the rep said they only follow XXXX policy and was calling the other consumer reporting agencies bureaus and I told her they are not bureaus. That yall are reporting inaccurate information. A charge off is income and shouldnt be reported on my consumer report. The IRS already confirmed this. XXXX XXXX never sent me a XXXX and illegal sold a alleged debt to Jefferson Capital who I have no contract with that never provided DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE. XXXX did not exercise their grave responsibility, they was unfair, they was partial, and they did not respect my right to privacy. They never had permissible purpose and I never instructed them to furnish negative information on my consumer report. They never had my lawful consent in the first place. Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. Also they rep said she can only do disputes. I demanded for it to be deleted/removed because that inaccurate information of the wrong name, charge off, and hard inquiries should not be on my consumer report. No consumer reporting agency got written instructions from I the consumer to report negative information and inaccurate information. They are acting as trustees!

Consumer Complaint: When I originally got a bill and saw the amount I disputed it with the company and the credit bureau I never charged a cell phone bill for over XXXX When I contacted the company XXXX directly they said they couldn't help and nothing they could do..maybe was too old not sure. I then disputed it with the credit bureau and gave as much info as I could ... No resolve and this is still under my credit profile for over XXXX and states will be till 2025... I feel upset because I have tried resolving the issue but no avail ... just occasionally receive the collection letters that I have no intention on paying cause I didn't incur them nor do I have the means. Obviously impacting my score negatively and Impeding me to mend the rest of my credit. Please assist

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a used XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX vehicle from XXXX that was financed through XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX. I made monthly payments on the vehicle until XX/XX/XXXX at which point I took the vehicle in to a dealership to trade in towards the purchase of a new vehicle. In doing so, I as well as the sales team contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX numerous times attempting to get a payoff balance so that the value of the XXXX could be applied to my new loan, and I could be credited for the trade in. Not only were we given numerous different totals, but every instance of trying to call in the payment was met with being placed on hold until we gave in and hung up. The dealership ended up securing funding for my new vehicle without the trade in value applied and sent me on my way. I was called twice after by XXXX XXXX XXXX in an attempt to take my monthly payment, and both times asked to be given a final payoff amount to no avail. Eventually XXXX XXXX XXXX repossessed the XXXX XXXX with many of my belongings still inside, and from what I am told, sold the vehicle at auction, and placed an account into collections against me for a random amount of money. They have made it so that there is a collections account on my credit report for over {$4000.00} due to some Jefferson Capital Systems.
