Consumer Complaint: About 7 years ago, I had a 2 year contract with XXXX with only a couple of months left to go when the phone stopped working due to an internal software issue and nothing I had done. Even though I had been paying for full coverage insurance every month for almost years, they wouldn't cover my phone because it had a small Crack in the corner of the screen. When I told them to fix the phone and don't worry about the Crack, they said it didn't work like that. They don't really fix your phone, they trade you for another one. So in order to do that your phone has to be in perfect cosmetic condition. Not only did they not validate my insurance, but they wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars for a deductible, to fix the phone, AND they wanted me to pay the monthly bill for a phone that didn't work. I told them I'll just go get a prepaid and cut my losses, and they told me I would also have to pay money for " breaking my contract ''!!! XXXX refused to help me resolve this issue in any way, then they sent it to collections where it has been ignored for years waiting for it to fall off my credit report. Only now there are XXXX XXXX accounts with 2 different numbers and two different amounts! One of them isn't mine, and the other should be erased out of decency!!!

Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital System is the company that served me at my home on XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of XXXX. I have asked the company to provide the original sale contract allowing with my signatures or any supporting documents via postal mail. I was in a car accident in XX/XX/XXXX. The car was total out and my lawyers paid this debt in full on my behalf. I have since purchased a car from XXXX XXXX XXXX and have paid the second car off. I have paid some much into this company that I received a check back from the second payoff purchase. This company has damaged my credit by reporting this mistake and incorrect information.

Consumer Complaint: The Collection Agency representing XXXX XXXX account set up a payment arrangement that was met and completed in XX/XX/2019 and it does reflect that the debt was charged off by completion of payment and no balance owed ; however it is still on my credit report as still in collections. I was informed that because I was late paying of the last payment by 30 days, they can keep it as a delinquency for 7 years. This was supposed to come off my credit report upon completion of payments regardless if it was 30 days later than when scheduled, they were paid off in full.

Consumer Complaint: Debt collection is Jefferson Capital. They are attempting to collect a debt originally opened by XXXX. This account was opened fraudulently. I have reached out to Jefferson capital with a debt verification letter and a phone call asking then to demonstrate that I incurred this debt. They have given me no documentation regarding the debt or the original account. I have thus asked them to remove this debt from credit reports and they have not complied.

This is NOT a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to XXXX. Consumer Complaint: XXXX has violated my Federally protected rights under the FCRA. I contacted XXXX today letting them know the account Jefferson Capital should have been removed after speaking with a supervisor he said the request was sent in XX/XX/XXXX according to Jefferson Capital but XXXX said they submitted paperwork saying it mine which is inaccurate. XXXX credit reporting has been very inaccurate as well as my score, my points dropped XXXX points after having a collection removed.. My consumer report needs to be evaluated as my score is definitely inaccurate. Failure to comply will result in a lawsuit.

XXXX has already reported it and wrote it off. Jefferson bought the debt and is lying about when I opened and stop paying. They claim it was in XXXX when infact the initial account was opened in XXXX and I stopped paying in XXXX then went into collections in XXXX. They refuse to remove or admit they are lying it's fruad plain and simple fraud
