Consumer Complaint: Jefferson Capital System account # XXXX. I sent the credit Bureaus letters asking them to verify the debt on my report. They have sent it back stating that every thing is verified correctly. My credit report is still showing inaccuracies, as well the account constantly being deleted & reappearing on my credit reports month after month, my consumer rights has been violated over & over by this company disregarding laws 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows of has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1692 Section 805 A States a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the Consumer 15 USC 1692 Section 805 A Section 3 States at the consumer 's place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumer 's employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication. 15 USC 1692 Section 806 Section 5 Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number.

Consumer Complaint: I was being bombarded by calls about a {$2000.00} XXXX ( varied ) debt to XXXX. Not having ever conducted a transaction with XXXX that would result in a debt, I largely ignored these calls for about 6 months. Finally, being fed up with call-blocking not being effective, I contacted XXXX directly XXXX probably sometime in 2020, I'm not sure ) by phone to ask if I had ever had a debt with them. They confirmed I did not, and then I closed my account as a precaution. Now I'm receiving statements from a debt collection agency called XXXX. Looking them up online, they appear to be legitimate- but many things can appear to be. I'm becoming more concerned about how this may affect me and I want it stopped before it causes me any damage.

Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2022 I identified a discrepancy with the accounts listed under XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and validation was requested as this was an account that I did not recognize. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/2022 and the account continues to reflect on my credit report and have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect that the account is disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was sent out on this day. After reviewing credit report again on XX/XX/2022 there have been no updates and account is still reflecting on the report. I do not believe the account belongs to me nor do I believe that the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me and all information is correct.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Jefferson Capitol I have disputed these accounts on all three credit bureaus stating that they have the wrong information and they keep telling me i have wrong information. I paid version wireless and sent them the copy of my receipt and they stated that they would remove it, but Jefferson Capitol refused to remove it. XXXX and XXXX are reporting for the same XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I gave them their two month Notice to vacate and they refuse to acknowledge the receipt of my notice. I requested that both companies remove this from my report as false and they refuse to remove it.
