Pursant to 18 USC 8, I owe no debt, This company ( Jefferson Capital System ) is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 1681b 2.company has also NO permission to report ANYTHING using my pursuant to 15USC 1681 4 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information, Any other adverse item or information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person know or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: I have uploaded all of the following documentation to show record of the original debt collector XXXX on behalf of Jefferson Capital Systems LLC offered as shown in the documentation a settlement in the amount of {$600.00}. I scheduled auto draft payments and held my promise to pay off {$75.00} a month. At this time the settlement has been paid in full. Ive recently received another letter for collection on the same debt for the remaining deficiency balance of {$400.00} from the original debt collector Jefferson Capital Systems LLC which looks as if the remaining balance was resold back to the original collector which doesnt make any sense why would you sell the debt and then buy it back?

Consumer Complaint: I took out a loan during some financial difficulties back in 2016. At the time I didnt know about interest rates or the length of loan terms. I had been paying this loan for over four years and hadnt even scratched the interest. I know now that it was predatory the amount of interest I was paying on the loan. It got way too expensive so I stopped paying. Since then I received phone calls and voice mails about threatening to put it on my credit despite FCRA guidelines that protect military service members. They have since added it to my credit and it has drastically affected it. A third party is now trying to collect on it and continue to report it on my credit, which has vastly affected my credit in a negative way.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX XXXX reference # XXXX I have paid the balance previously averaged settlement agreement, XXXX will will not furnish original information and has accepted payment. There is still an additional balance due of {$820.00} of which XXXX is will to accept XXXX. I have disputed the information with all three credit bureaus previously, currently XXXX shows up on XXXX and XXXX not XXXX. I have mailed information to the president of the company and made multiple complaints and XXXX is still reporting my information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Has furnished a request to pay with penalties and interest added. I have explained on many occasions of the opening of the card and fraud during the specific. I have disputed the information before as fraud as well as disputing charges with no update.

Consumer Complaint: According to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 3 ), Consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. I hereby put your organization on notice and would like to inform you that I never gave consent to this report being furnished by you on my behalf and I am also aware of the fact that your organization assumed a vital role. As a result, my livelihood has been adversely affected. There is no such law that states anything that needs to be reported to a consumer reporting agency. Therefore, your organization is liable. Further, pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), a consumer reporting agencies must exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. Your organization neither exercised its responsibilities with fairness and impartiality nor protected my right to privacy. I Request You to give me a piece of evidence that the information which is being reported has been properly investigated. Also, provide us with the details of the system adopted by your organization to determine whether the transaction took place or not. Further pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( b ) your organization did not adopt such procedures that meet the need of commerce for consumer credit. As a result, I hereby demand to do the following : Delete the alleged accounts off my consumer report and I demand that they also send me XXXX in remedy for the damages done in puirsuant to 15 usc 1681n they have caused mental and financial distress and a hardship in my marriage.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Jefferson Capital, I am responding to your contact about a debt you are trying to collect in the amount of {$3500.00}. Please note, I do not have any responsibility for the debt youre trying to collect. I have never been Jefferson Capital XXXX XXXX XXXX and never had any business with them. If you have good reason to believe that I am responsible for this debt please supply the information below so that I have all information. Why do you think I owe the debt and to whom I owe it, including : The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. In addition, tell me when the current creditor obtained the debt and who the current creditor obtained it from.
