Consumer Complaint: My credit was impacted negatively from Capital One reporting to all 3 credit bureaus that I was 60-89 days late as my worst payment status from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX for both of my credit cards. I communicated to Capital one that that I was impacted negatively financially due to Covid-19. Both credit cards are now current and the platinum card is paid off in full. I would like to request that capital one removes the negative late payment history reported from my credit reports with all 3 credit bureaus. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: CapitalOne has failed to respond adequately to my Notice Of Dispute laying out 12 specific requests for evidence to verify and validate the alleged debt with account ending XXXX ( of which was received by the CEO, CFO and General Council of CapitalOne on XX/XX/23 per my Certified Mail confirmations ). It clearly stated that " notice is NOT a request for confirmation that you have a copy of an agreement or copies of statements. This is a demand for proof that you have the requisite knowledge of the facts and that the alleged creditor provided adequate consideration and incurred a financial loss under the full & complete original agreement. '' On XX/XX/23, CapitalOne sent me copies of billing statements. AGAIN, not what I asked for. In response, I then sent a notarized Affidavit of Truth to CapitalOne CEO, CFO, Counsel, Attorney General and complaints to OCC and XXXX on XX/XX/23 ( and now CFPB ). This AOT was received between XXXX per my Certified Mail confirmations. The following laws were violated ( with proof via exhibits ) : 15 USC 1692b ( 5 ), 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ), 15 USC 1692g ( a ) ( 5 ) ( b ), 15 USC 1692g ( b ), 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( a ), 15 USC 1692e ( 2 ) ( b ), 15 USC 1692f ( 1 ), and 15 USC 1692a ( 2 ).

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a XXXX flight with two different airline companies providing each direction. I had to cancel the flight and received an airline credit for each airline. I received an email for each flight segment with a locator code indicating that I could use my flight credit within 1 year. The email did not contain restrictions. When I called XXXX to rebook the flight they indicated that I now had restrictions. I was the promised by XXXX that i would be able to access my new flight via their website, so i followed their instructions ad created a log in and after hours spent on their site i was unable to locate any flight booked for me. I filed a dispute with capitalone on XX/XX/2022. The next notification I received let me kow that they had not received documents related to my dispute and were closing it. I called up ad they reopened the dispute, one month later they closed the dispute again, I called the third time and the agent told me my dispute was closed because i had never submitted documents. I replied that i had never received the mail from capitalone and the agent said that i could only access my dispute files by downloading the capitalone app. I let him know that I was never informed of this new requirement and the agent said all their agents are trained to inform customers to access dispute files via the app. He then stated that because I did not have paper billing that is why i had never received the mail, so i switched at that moment to paper billing. I subsequently returned the documents via fax and received a later email from capitalone that i had never returned the documents. To further complicate matters, When I called the airlines for resolution they said to contact XXXX, when i contacted XXXX they said i needed to work directly with the airlines. I utilized XXXX because there was a card holder incentive to purchase via that vendor in order to receive cashback. Ultimately I am out of pocket for the {$360.00} for the XXXX flight and {$290.00} that XXXX said today XXXX that i would have to contact the airline to see if they would honor the credit.
