Consumer Complaint: as a XXXX XXXX XXXX I had an account with Capital One Spark. I authorized several employees to have a card to purchase materials, fuel, etc ... as to maintaining schedules and avoiding disruption. My book keeper convinced the card company to issue several cards in her name. She used those cards to live an extravagant life style until she bankrupted XXXX XXXX I, being owner of this account, never authorized her to have any credit card. She stole over {$500000.00} for merchandise that was obviously no part of XXXX. She is now serving a 7 year sentence in Texas State Prison. After several attempts notifying in written letter, Capital one says no fraud and they want me to pay {$40000.00} still on my account. I suggested they take the balance away from what was fraud, clear my credit, and send me a check for {$410000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, i was in the Capital One app and saw a check deposited for {$5000.00} into my small business account had been reversed. XXXX at Capital One stated the check was fraudulent. Untrue, it was a check written from my husband to cover some XXXX bills. XXXX suggested redepositing the check and seemed unfamiliar with this kind of situation. Thinking this would be quickly resolved, I then deposited a check for {$3000.00} into my personal account, again from my husband 's account, which was accepted. Later the same day, Capital One sent an email stating the business account had been closed and a check would be mailed within 7-10 days. I opened the Capital One app and then saw that my personal checking account had been frozen. There was a number given for me to call, and after verifying my information, I was sent to a voicemail which stated to leave my name, account number and telephone number and I would be reached in 48 hours. I repeated the same action today, XX/XX/XXXX, and received the same voicemail. I am 4 weeks out of a XXXX XXXX with no access to my funds. Admittedly, the activity on my account has increased in the past several weeks as purchases were made to make my recovery at home as comfortable as possible. But, no call came from Capital One to ask if they were legitimate if they were concerned about fraudulent activity. Needless to say, I am shocked as I've never had issues with Capital One or it's customer service before. But to freeze my account without an explanation doesn't say much about their care and concern for their customers.

Consumer Complaint: I had filed a dispute against XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Claim # XXXX for {$200.00} as the refrigerator that was delivered to me was missing the internal shelves. XXXX had refunded me {$380.00} which you will see as a credit on my account and this refund was due to scratches and external damage on the exterior of the refrigerator. When I asked XXXX to refund me for the internal shelves, they said they wouldn't refund me for the shelves and would refund me only for the external damages and those shelves cost {$200.00} and that's why I disputed only {$200.00}. When I initially opened this dispute, I had clearly mentioned to the bank that the credit of XXXX was for external damages and I still need credit for the internal shelves that XXXX is refusing to give and hence this dispute. I got a letter from the bank on XX/XX/XXXX stating that " thank you for letting us know that you no longer wish to dispute the {$200.00} and we are closing this dispute '' - Are you serious? I never ever called you to cancel this dispute. you guys closed it on your own without any consent which is ridiculous. When I called the bank they stated that XXXX already gave you a credit of {$380.00} so we canceled this dispute. Are you serious? Did you even read my initial claim properly? I need this dispute reopened and {$200.00} back from XXXX or the bank whoever wants to give it.
