Responsible for this is XXXX XXXX I was using android platform in iOS iPhones platform and when i called to complain and report the issue an employee completly ignored my complaint, while i was in the phone with him I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX so i would have third party witness. My Capitol one card was stolen and used I allowed XXXX XXXX support to access my mac/iphone screen even they were shocked what they heard from XXXX XXXX employee say and what they saw in my screen what was going on. Basically an emplyee was asking directly to transfer all my data to him or someoneelse not sure. But I give XXXX a complete permition to provide you guys with all information you guys need, and since of course they record phone calls i gave the lady from apple permision to provide that too. She couldnt belive what was going on i was very lucky to have XXXX assist. I contacted XXXX they sent me a free phone trying to hush-it and I saved everything. I wrote the corporate twice in the mailing address and never heard back. I have enough proves. I am begging someone for help I am immigrant in this country been persecuted and I work so hard to better my life and all on my own. You can even XXXX my name and read my story how I got here. XXXX XXXX they have crashed my credit report.never been through any thing like this. I am giving you gays completeperition to have all my devices and anythin you guys need to help me with this. Consumer Complaint: I file complaint number. XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Capital One payment investigation has repeatedly ignored complaint and keep answer with same rip-off vocabulary. Last letter dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX indicated that that on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX the payment was posted correctly. The problem is that that they have ignore the real complaint that is fail to post my payment for {$3000.00} as per copy of Electronic Fund Transfer Report from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. On there letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, payment Investigation claim to have not hear from me with documentation requested, it is not truth, in fact they ask for Electronic Fund Transfer Report from my bank, I send it in a certify letter on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. How ever they chose to ignore it. I am requesting Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to sanction Capital One for abuse customer. And requesting Capital One executive to fire the Payment investigation personal responsible. I am demanding Capital One to correct posting of my payment dated XX/XX/XXXX and reimburse my account for the interest charge since then. XXXX sending additional certify letter to capital One, Capital executive office, and other consumer protection agencies.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One claims that in using their virtual card on the internet, a one-time only payment can be used by the merchant, thus making card payments on the internet completely safe for the customer since no one could ever use that number again to debit the card. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment for a year-long trial subscription to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a travel club which finds great airline fees. I used the Capital One virtual card since I did not want the merchant to charge me again. However, on XX/XX/XXXX a second charge was charged to my card for {$69.00} by XXXX XXXX XXXX, using the same " one-time virtual card '' as the previous year. I called Capital One immediately on the same morning and was told by XXXX XXXX? ), a supervisor, that it was their mistake -- the virtual one-time payment card should never be able to be used again -- and he had " fixed it '' so that it would not happen again. He refused, however, to refund the money, saying I would have to first dispute it with the merchant. Then if I failed there I would have to fill out several Capital One forms and send it to them. All of this had to happen in about the next two weeks. It is neither the merchant 's nor my fault and it is outrageous that it should be my problem and I should have to dispute with the merchant ( who did in fact deliver what he promised immediately after the payment ). To make matters worse, I have to be in XXXX in a week for a lengthy period -- and completely unable to deal with this. I have no documentation since everything on my end was done via the internet. However XXXX assured me he had documented everything in our call this morning. He had all the information, including even the virtual number I had used in the original purchase.
