Consumer Complaint: Im currently XXXX year old about 2 months ago i got a copy of my credit report and there were accounts and subsequent inquiries on my credit report I contacted capital one to have them removed they did three investigations and said that it was vaild each time but the credit bureaus too it off my reports because i sent actual proof my id social security car my ftc report and a written statement it was removed not today they said the creditor requested the information be unblocked i sent legal government documents proving im a minor and they countinue to jeopardize my future and for what other than to be just nasty I should not have to go threw this im a XXXX i should be focused on school not my credit this isnt fair they fix my problem the put it right back on there it disgusting behavior from captal one and the three major bureaus To be doing this to a XXXX the accounts were opened in 2019 a quick look at the documents i sent would confirm that but they choose to be difficult

Three days later I had to bring the car back because the lender that agreed to do the loan reverse their decision and turn down the loan. I want all the banks and lenders that did not go through removed off of my credit. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I began to notice multiple accounts being opened up on my Credit report even though I was not applying for any credit and owned nothing. I assumed this was due to Identity Theft and began reporting the accounts one by one to the credit bureaus. Wrong information included names, past addresses, phone numbers, and of course a multitude of credit cards. Fast forward to XXXX - I had removed most of these false accounts and learned how to properly lock my accounts setting up security 's for all bureaus. Two accounts still managed to stay on my report including a XXXX credit card ( Owing {$800.00} ), and a Capital One NA World Elite card ( {$6000.00} ). Both have now been sent to Collections. I've spoken to Capital One since this account opened in XXXX and reported this issue to them. The representative confirmed they had no open accounts matching my social security number - So why was it on there? Information I was able to provide to the representative pulled up no active or closed accounts. At this time I would not have been approved anyways as my credit was in the XXXX 's. I did not even qualify for an entertainment center. Recently I've found it this account has now been sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX - A debt collector. Not only did Capital One not remove this account after confirming I did not own it, but they sold the debt so I now have to deal with communication through a debt collector who was unprofessional and interruptive claiming I was lying. Both Capital One and this XXXX have been spoken to and I am again waiting to hear what they determine. After reporting this to Social Security, All credit bureaus, Capital One, XXXX, and both debt collectors, I genuinely feel like none are serious about assisting me in these matters. I was again directed to a third party, this website, by the social security office even though I explained my information is being mixed up with someone else. At this point I am just going through all the steps given and continuing to be honest and report these 2 accounts that are not mine. That is all I can do. Hopefully by the time I am in my XXXX 's this will have some resolve since the work I've done over the last XXXX has not meant anything. Currently XXXX still unable to purchase anything on my own and being given the run around by all places claiming to help.

Consumer Complaint: Transactions were done in XXXX, called my bank to report charges. Dispute was started and new bank card ordered. The temporary refund was deposited the next day. Got an email at the end of the week that the charges had no discrepancy and they were taking back the deposit. Called 3 separate times. The last call the lady stated they couldnt give me a direct answer as to how they came up their results. I told her that the electronic funds transfer act stated an institution can only take back the funds if it can prove you authorized the payment. it can prove you acted fraudulently. it can prove you deliberately, or with 'gross negligence ', failed to protect the details of your card, PIN or password in a way that allowed the payment. I didnt do any of this and they didnt provide proof but as of today XX/XX/XXXX every unauthorized transaction was charged to my account. Before I hung up she also stated they would reopen the case which would pause any charges. So they lied on top of taking the money from my Account.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed sevearl things on my credit report have been documented incorrectly by all the reporting agencies. According to the law, before any information inserted on my consumer report, it should be accurate. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) 2, it states that as a consumer, for anyone to get or use my consumer report, I must provide written permission as it relates to me the consumer. The law also states that the consumer reporting agencies must conduct a proper and thorough investigation. This has not been done. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to challenge anything and everything that appears to be inaccurate and unclear.
