Consumer Complaint: I would like to begin this letter by thanking your company for the many years of great service I experienced as a consumer. I have been a very loyal consumer of yours for many years and I am in need of your assistance. There was a period of time where the world was going through a hardship due to covid. I always tried to my best to get every payment to you on time but there was one payment that was received and reported as 30 days late back in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX of XXXX. Before that hard time and ever since I continued with my timely payments. These late payment is extremely damaging to me in a lot of ways, mainly it is hindering from accomplishing other financial goals and my chances to receive a qualification for a mortgage. I am asking you and your company for a goodwill request. I have maintained a good paying history with you, with just that one exception and I ask for you to please eliminate the late payment with the credit bureaus by filling out Universal Data Form and faxing it to the credit bureaus that you report to. I am pleading with you to honor my request, which would mean so much. Please take into consideration what a good customer I have been. Consumer Complaint: I opened up a walmart credit card in XX/XX/2022, I never received a physical card in the mail as promised. I called capitol one 3 times requesting a physical card but yet never recieved any of them. I was able to make a few purchases online only because a digital version of my card was available on the Walmart website however I am only allowed to view the last 4 digits of the card number the other digits a represented by * symbol. I tried numerous times to open an app specifically for this account to manage and hopefully order a card however I receive a message that capitol one is having technical issues for months now and I can not access my account online. I called Capitol One 16 times and spent numerous hours on the phone answering all of the security questions however I'm not allowed to proceed bc I never knew my full 16digit card number only the last 4 digits. Capitol one states they can not view the full 16 digit card number either so they can not help me. I called Walmart to get help only to be told that capitol one handles all of the card issues. I suspect fraud from this company so I want to close my card but I don't want to damage my credit score bc of a faulty company. All that I am asking for is an actual credit card so that I can continue to make purchases and make my on time payments as promised on my end of the agreement. This is extremely frustrating please help!

Consumer Complaint: Got text from capitoline asking if an {$1800.00} plus charge on my card was me on XXXX.I called and told them it was not.There were also two other fraudulent charges that were pending.The {$1800.00} plus charge had posted and they said it would be reversed.The cards were cancelled and new ones would be issued.I flew to Florida on XX/XX/25 and returned on XXXXAfter my return on XXXX I went to check my account online and saw that {$400.00} was pending.I called again and was told that it was a cash adjustment and I did not have anything to worry about.My balance was correct, {$16.00} of which I redeemed {$6.00} in cash rewards.On XXXX my balance showed as $ XXXX XXXX of which was not mine.I called again and after speaking to three people I was told I was responsible for the {$400.00} which was a cash advance form an ATM.There was a previous attempt at a {$500.00} cash advance that was declined.Furthermore, a new pin was used and verified.Again not involving me.They could not give me a location of the ATM in question. None of this activity involved me.They asked if my card was always in my possession.I said yes and nobody had access to it.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to order a cashiers check which can only be done online on the Capital One website of mobile app. Neither of these options were functional ( kept receiving an error message saying We ran into a snag. Please try again later. Customer service was unable to help resolve the technical issues. I tried to wire transfer funds to another bank and the website wouldnt allow that either. I asked the customer service manager to wire the funds for me so that I would have access the funds same day and she instead did an ACH transfer so now I dont have access to the funds until they clear the other bank. I was given wrong information and I dont have access to my money!

Consumer Complaint: I applied for the capital one XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. And they requested additional information showing income. I sent them my tax return form XXXX showing household income. But now they want me to show proof of my access to my XXXX income. I've called them multiple times and they say the tax return isn't proof of ownership. I need to get a letter signed from my husband showing that I have access to the funds. It is the stupidest thing ever because we are married, have XXXX bank accounts, we file taxes XXXX live at the same address. Why do I have to prove when the law states that I don't? According to the XXXX amendment I can claim my XXXX income as mine. Why do I have to prove this with paperwork? This is the dumbest thing I have ever come across. When the XXXX and the government count it as my income why does capital one have an issue? And need more proof? I find it extremely offensive
