Consumer Complaint: Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( q ) ( 3 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act hereinafter FCRA, CAPITAL ONE used and intentional perversion of the truth to induce the consumer to be reliant upon it to deprive the consumer of it's right to privacy. CAPITAL ONE reported my private nonpublic and personal information to consumer reporting agencies without lawful authority or actual consent of the consumer thus committing identity theft. These fraudulent actions have caused me to sustain injuries such as a loss of opportunity and wages.

Consumer Complaint: CFPB Complaint I have been dealing with identity theft for quite some time. Government agencies are helping me and I also have a case with XXXX ID Restoration. Case # XXXX. This was due to a Data Breach by Correct Care Integrated Medical. This has been Extensive Identity theft, which requires several hours daily. You have fraudulent Credit Inquiries on my Credit Report. I contacted you Company several months ago, and it was to be removed. As of this date, your fraudulent inquiries remain on my Credit Report. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and providing guidance on the necessary steps to resolve it. I recently discovered that my identity has been stolen, and the following entities have been affected by this fraudulent activity : XXXX Unauthorized accounts have been opened, and services and goods have been obtained without my knowledge or consent. Capital OneXX/XX/XXXX My account has been compromised, and unauthorized transactions have occurred. XXXX XXXX XXXX There has been unauthorized activity involving my personal information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX access has been made to my accounts, resulting in fraudulent transactions. XXXX XXXX XXXX My personal information has been misused, leading to unauthorized actions. XXXX XXXX XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX Unauthorized accounts have been opened under my name, and fraudulent actions have taken place. XXXX XXXX XXXX Unauthorized activities have occurred, impacting my personal information and financial well-being. Additionally, I have noticed two hard inquiries on my credit report, conducted by Cap One NA and XXXX XXXX XXXX. These inquiries were made without my knowledge or authorization, further supporting the evidence of identity theft. I have taken immediate action to mitigate the impact of this identity theft. Firstly, I have contacted the respective financial institutions and reported the fraudulent activity.
