Consumer Complaint: I am being forced into accepting a service subscription I do not agree or consent to. I always have a subscription to XXXX services paid annually in an amount less than XXXX XXXXXXXX for the past 5 years. But this year XXXX went behind my back to my credit card company Capital One Mastercard and charged on it {$130.00}. When I asked Capital One they said they paid that amount because I have a subscription with XXXX, therefore thy honored it. I sent proofs to Capital One about my subscription at a standard level protection with 5 licences covering up to 5 devices. The one they approved this year has 10 licenses which I never had. However, Capital One denied my fraud case as well as my dispute claim.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One advertised through various spokespersons that they changed their policy and would no longer report business XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to customers ' personal credit reports. I obtained this card only because of this promise. When I saw that the card did show up on my personal credit report, I closed the card and asked Capital One to remove it because it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Capital One refused to do that. I am attaching my letter to them and their response. Please notice that Capital One completely ignored the issue that I wrote about, and I hope that you will not let them continue to do that. I would like Capital One to explain, in great detail, the discrepancy between what their spokesperson said and what they actually did, with particular attention paid to every point in my letter. I have shared all of this information about Capital One 's deception with XXXX multiple times, but XXXX does not care about this deception. They say that if Capital One does not want to remove the card, XXXX will not either.
