Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: I purchased shoes online, size XXXX XXXX, made and shipped from XXXX XXXX XXXX. They didn't arrive within the time advertised so I contacted the company. I received a reply from a company in XXXX saying it was being produced ans shipped from them. I responded said cancel my order, you misadvertised I'm not doing business with you. They refused to cancel my order. Finally weeks later a size XXXX show, i ordered a size XXXX XXXX. They also were not as described or shown in pictures. They were missing XXXX details and designs. I immediately reached out to the company and let them know that the shoe was a size XXXX not a XXXX as I ordered I also told them that it was not shipped or created in the XXXX as their website says and as of XX/XX/2023 they still represent that the shoe is made and shipped from XXXX. The company didn't respond. I messaged multiple times. I made a report with my credit card company who closed it after the company responded with proof of delivery. I again sent over multiple pictures and screens shots of what i purchased vs what I got along with my emails to the company and just one day later I get a letter saying they received my proof but didn't receive my proof. I called and no one could help me. This was complete fraud

Told them what happened this was the location at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX la XXXX. The ATM machine has a camera on it the number of the ATM machine was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I gave all that information to the customer service representative. They gave me a claim number XXXX. The representative told me I would have a credit of my funds in two business days. That never happened and it would take 45 days to complete investigation. Nothing was put in my account and no one has contacted me. That was my bill money. The machine has cameras they can see that I put money in the machine and the can also see the fact that they had more more than what was deposited in customers accounts. Obviously thier machine was malfunctioned that day. Bottom line is I want my money back.

Consumer Complaint: The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I am seeking your assistance in addressing an ongoing matter. Despite my attempts to address the issue privately with Capital One Auto Finance and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, it is evident that their conduct and actions may be characterized as morally questionable and indicative of acting in bad faith. To provide context, I entered into a credit agreement on XX/XX/2023, and have engaged in multiple discussions with various representatives regarding both a billing discrepancy and the absence of comprehensive disclosures. My prompt outreach to the company was driven by a genuine intention to rectify the situation. Over the course of this period, I have issued more than six notices and initiated numerous phone calls in pursuit of resolving this aforementioned discrepancy. Regrettably, the company in question has failed to offer any meaningful assistance, consistently disseminating inaccurate information concerning the status of the account. On XX/XX/2023, I communicated with XXXX XXXX, acting as the CEO of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( trustee ), in an effort to facilitate the updating of records. Unfortunately, my plea was met with silence. Recently, I received a credit alert notifying me that the account has been charged off. The deliberate nature of this action suggests a deliberate intent to cause harm and represents a breach of trust. My determination to pursue rightful redress is unwavering, as this situation fundamentally pertains to trust. I implore your expeditious intervention in assisting me with the resolution of this pressing matter. Your prompt attention to this issue is earnestly requested.
