I sent out communication letters and complaints to them several times, but until this time no further action has been taken. I have attached my FTC report with report number XXXX. I was expecting that they would be reporting accurate information on my file but it seems they are not.

Consumer Complaint: I have had XXXX Capital One credit cards for over XXXX decades. They periodically change the name of the cards and replace them with new ones. They are charging me $ XXXX annual fee even though if I applied as a brand new customer today that fee would be $ XXXX for this particular card. I requested a no-fee card but they refuse to consider an upgrade or even a downgrade. They are trying to say since the fee was $ XXXX way back in 2002 when I got the original card that this is the fee forever - even though this is NOT the same card that I was originally issued. They are doing this because they can get away with it. Please hold them accountable.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I make a purchase at Beyond the Soap Beauty Ba at XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$64.00} and another for {$160.00} after the second purchase me and my wife was advise the because our purchase was over {$200.00} dollar we where allow to participate in a program the store offer call before and after in this program you get six ( 6 ) facial treatments with a facial machine at the store and they gift you {$350.00} in facial products by only authorize the store to take photos of your face fir advertising as we accept during my facial procedure with the machine I start feeling dizzy do to the effect of the machine that triggers XXXX in persons that suffer light sensitivity to lights as I suffer from XXXX diagnosis by a XXXX I was in a pre XXXX attack at that moment the sales person ask me for my credit card to make a refund in the purchase of the two product I buy because they will give me the gifts of the products for accept the before and after promotion as I give him the card for the refund I was almost out do to the XXXX at that time he came back with the bag of gifts and tell me the receipt for the refund was on the bags as I go out the store find my wife at the XXXX XXXX and she ask me how I look in the middle of the XXXX attack I find out that the machine they used on my trigger the XXXX, my wife find the receipt for a charge of {$1900.00} not the refund, we go back to the store to return the products but the employees can do the refund because the manager wasnt at the store to call the next day as we call and take us two days later to get in contact to talk me no return policy the credit card company denied my claim for no evidence but pay the merchant three ( 3 ) days later when ask me to wait five ( 5 ) days for the charges to show up I call the XXXX XX/XX/2023 and they pay on the XXXX XXXX XXXX never authorize the purchase of this products I have them on my possession waiting to be returned to the store.

I used capital one to refinance this car in XX/XX/XXXX, at that time I had to submit title paperwork etc. My insurance has been waiting to send the total payout, but come to find out capital one never perfected the loan last year during my refinance. This has caused extra amounts building against my loan. The filter is still not perfected.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I received a check written in my names from a company that wanted me to offer data cleaning services. They asked me to bank the check and use money to buy a list of software that were to be used in the process. On the same day, XX/XX/2023, I banked the check on my account with my bank, Capital one Bank NA. A few hours later, my account was blocked and the bank asked me to contact them on Tel : XXXX. I contacted the bank and told them my story of how it all went, and I was told that the check was suspected to be a bad check and that i could have been a victim of an online employment fraud. I told then to do the right thing to save us from fraud and they asked me to go through a process of self identify/verification online so as to to remove a restriction on my account. They reps told me that their systems were down twice and on the 3rd call, I was told that the bank has decided to end my banking relationship with it. I do not know why I had to be punished by the bank to close my account since I was not in anyway involved in writing the allegedly bad check and was only a victim of the alleged fraud. I am therefore requesting that you investigate, and where possible reversible the bank decision to deny me my banking rights for a fault that is not my own. I have all the evidence, including communications with the people who sent me the check and covering letter with instructions on how to handle the said money. I have attached a copy of the banking slip and a package materials that came along with the check- also showing the tracking number. Thank you for your assistance.

Consumer Complaint: I sampled a free trial with a company XXXX XXXX and registered my Capital One card with them, The free trial was cancel or {$69.00} per month, I Cancelled within the date provided, XXXX XXXX continued to mail their products in which I mailed back to them with letters of cancellation. Going online to call them, there is no number or address to mail direct correspondence to them to cancel via call or mail. Explaining this to Capital One and having their CSR go online and witness that there's no way of contacting them, they forced me to pay for items that I did not order and returned to them, I told Capital One to close my account immediately and I will not pay {$69.00}, they continue to charge me outrageous fees that continue to accumulate because of their agreement, which means I'll pay thousands of dollars for something I never ordered and do not have. That in it self is criminal and should be prosecuted.
