Consumer Complaint: My Capital one card was used for purchases without my permission. The company will not remove the charges stating that a chip was used and that can not be forged. This however can not be true as my credit card was in my possession and was not used. I have no history of making purchases such as these. In fact Capital one denied some of the charges because it didn't match my purchase history. I have contacted Capital One and they will not help me. I would like these charges reversed.
