Consumer Complaint: I was sick with XXXX, in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. I called and set up a payment arrangement with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, but still received notices about my missed payment, so I called back in XXXX. I set up a payment arrangement on the XXXX credit card accounts I have with them, on XX/XX/XXXX. As part of the arrangement, an auto draft was supposed to have been set up on my account. I called and spoke with a Representative at XXXX XXXX, today, and was advised that they do not have record of me being late or being assessed any late fees from XX/XX/XXXX forward, however, my credit report reflects late payments from XX/XX/XXXX through XXXX of XXXX. I advised of this, and was instructed to dispute the late payments with the credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One is currently in default ( see attachment for the notarized Affidavit of Default/Final Judgement/ Res Judicata dated XX/XX/2023 ) for violation of Capital One Cardholder Agreement and for violation of multiple Uniform Commercial Codes as well as the law. Capital One continues causing injury to me, the living woman, and the customer of Capital One by refusing to remove the outdated information from the credit score reporting agencies that they have NOT received my written consent to share such information in the first place. Moreover, information that Capital One keeps reporting to the agencies is not valid, nor do they have any right to report something they are in default for. If this illegal and unlawful activity continues then I will have no other choice but to report this criminal activity and to request remedy using my " Fee Schedule - Notice of Intent '' that I previously provided to Capital One and personally to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX at Capital One Corporation.

Consumer Complaint: I paid my bill in full with capital one in XX/XX/XXXX. They then froze my account and demanded that I upload my ID, which I did via their link to my phone. Then they asked me to call them, which I did, immediately. The operator asked me to call my bank and use the phone to log into the account I used to make my payment on a three way call. They expected me to put my pin number in over the phone with the operator from the other bank on the line.. As far so I know they will never ask for your pin, correct?. So I refused to do so. They kept my card frozen until I complied. They did not return my payment, it was not stopped. Then the next month, I had no access to my account whatsoever I could not even sign in to my online account with capital one the account was locked.. there is no way I could have used the card again. But XXXX, XXXX, XXXX all my '' payments '' were on time. I could not log into my account to even check the payment options or to set my balance, no access whatsoever. Then this happens.. Charge Off as of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX 150 days past due as of XXXX XXXX 120 days past due as of XXXX XXXX 90 days past due as of XXXX XXXX 60 days past due as of XXXX XXXX 30 days past due as of XX/XX/XXXX. How is it psst due if I could not sign in to my frozen account which was clearly paid off in full XX/XX/XXXX, I also asked them to close my account after the first month after I paid off my balance in full. They refused to close it for me. I asked them multiple times to please close the account. They would not. Now they are trying to say I maxed out the card at XXXX dollars and charging interest?! when I haven't used the card since XX/XX/XXXX after it was paid off in full and they refused to close it.

Consumer Complaint: I reported to CapitalOne some unauthorized charges to my credit card originating with XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX subscription. My complaint with XXXX was about a tablet sale shown on TV which was paid in full but the company-XXXX- kept charging every month. With XXXX XXXX XXXX I authorized 1 gift payment. Period. But my credit card was charged many times after that. And I notified CapitalOne about double charges to XXXX for the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of this year XXXX. I clearly requested CapitalOne to LOCK this payment method-credit card- so no more charges be made to my account. I destroyed the credit card to make sure. I have been informed by CapitalOne that they have gone ahead and made a payment again to XXXX. without my consent/authorization. I am in contact with the people from XXXX to get a refund for the overpayments and apparently they restored 1 payment. No information from CapitalOne to assure me of any measures taken by them to protect my financial standing. I believe this whole issue is FRAUD ridden and request a full investigation and repair of my creditworthiness. This whole process is from XXXX to XX/XX/2023 including the XX/XX/2023 charge to XXXX subscription.

Consumer Complaint: I'm filing this complaint against capital one for purposely adding cash advance charges to my account without me using cash advance services XX/XX/2023 I was on the phone with capital one regarding me using my card for XXXX services and I was asking them questions about it but not one time did they say that me using the XXXX XXXX with the card is a cash advance so I used the app one time sending {$1.00} just see if it would work it work while I was on the phone with them however today XX/XX/XXXX I checked my account and I was charged a cash advance fee of {$10.00} I tried to get the cash advance service removed from my account and was hung up on then I called back to speak with a supervisor and explained to him everything that happened and that capital one was on the phone when I asked them if my card would work with the app not one time did they say I would be charged a cash advance fee over the phone the manager did not want to remove cash advance services which I never use on purpose to have me pay high interest charges and fees so I can not keep up with my bill this is a scam and they are trying use this on their customers to put them in debt i want the cash advance services removed from my account and this situation looked into
