Id like to ensure that you have and ONLY RETAIN current, TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and MANDATED REPORTED information per FCRA regulations. I DEMAND, as it is my lawful RIGHT ( s ) to do so, that you DELETE all information that is deficient of any condition, mentioned above. Ive noticed that several deviations from mandatory reporting standards therefore the data in my report can not be accurate and complete! With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Dispute with XXXX XXXX - Case Number : XXXX I am writing to provide a description of the disputed transaction, as requested, without including any personal information. The disputed transaction initially occurred on XX/XX/2023, with XXXX XXXX, with a charge amounting to {$37.00}. The reason for this dispute is related to the fact that I have not received the merchandise/service that was supposed to be provided to me by the expected date, as initially indicated by XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2023, the charge was adjusted, suggesting a resolution to the dispute. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, the same charge reappeared on my statement, but this time under the merchant name " XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX. '' I had not authorized this charge, and it further compounded my concerns. Furthermore, on XX/XX/XXXX, the credit card company issued a " PURCHASE ADJUSTMENT, '' which indicated that they were attempting to rectify the situation. Despite these adjustments, the core issue remains unresolved, as I have not received the expected merchandise/service, and the charge continues to appear on my statement. Upon noticing the reappearance of the charge, I promptly took the following actions : I contacted XXXX XXXX customer support again to inquire about the unauthorized reappearance of the charge and the continued non-receipt of the merchandise/service. During my interaction with XXXX XXXX customer support, I reiterated the situation, emphasizing that the merchandise/service was not delivered within the promised timeframe. I also provided XXXX XXXX with all relevant details and information related to the transaction, including the date, amount, and any supporting documentation they may require. Despite my continued efforts to resolve the matter directly with XXXX XXXX, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution or a refund for the charge related to the undelivered merchandise/service. As a result, I initiated this dispute with Capital One to seek a fair and just resolution for the unfulfilled transaction and the unauthorized reappearance of the charge.
