Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have claimed to put a lien on my house in multiple counties which makes no sense. I got a writ of garnishment and I get these court forms that are not legally filed with the clerk which means they are not valid judgements AT ALL months after theyve filed them and there are magically never any hearings to attend either. Talk about harrassment from a debt collector who LITERALLY IS AN ATTORNEY. Thats not supposed to be legal. Maybe they should go after my ex who fraudulently used my card and also committed IS theft against me multiple times. It would be a better way to spend their energy instead of harassing a single parent whos absolutely buried and feeling stalked by illegal court documents that are never ever properly filed! Perhaps they can talk to my exes attorney because they apparently both improperly served documents regarding my income in the same courts by randomly just dropping stuff off as if thats a valid process in a court house. Creeps.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a XXXX payment from my Capital One checking account. The amount was for {$1800.00} and the intended recipient was XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX never received the payment but the money was deducted from my checking account. Capital One never notified me of a problem with the online payment. It wasn't until I checked my XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/XXXX that I noticed the payment was not received. I immediately called Capital One and was told that they could see there was a problem with the payment. The representative had no other information regarding what happened or where the money was, or why they had not notified me of a problem. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was speaking with for a very brief time when we got disconnected. She never called me back. I called Capital One again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with another representative. I informed her that I had set up a claim but that the money had still not been put back in my account. She transferred me to the claims department who told me that it was being investigated and it could take up to 10 business days. I told them I found it completely unacceptable that they had taken {$1800.00} of my money and not returned it. It has now been almost a full month since the payment was initiated. 10 days since I set up the claim with Capital One and still I do not have my money back!

Consumer Complaint: I earned XXXX Capital One rewards points. On XX/XX/2023 I attempted to transfer the XXXX rewards points to XXXX XXXX XXXX account. The Capital One website blocked me. I contacted Capital One Customer Service multiple times and I was given different explanations. One agent told me maybe my XXXX XXXX XXXX account is wrong and asked me to confirm with XXXX XXXX. I did that and XXXX XXXX confirmed there was nothing wrong with my XXXX XXXX account. Another agent told me because I recently added a home phone number to my Capital One profile so I must wait XXXX hours. So I waited XXXX hours but the issue was still there. Finally another agent told me Capital One website blocked me from transferring rewards points because my Capital One credit card was too " new ''. I have double checked the Terms and Conditions ( attached ) governing the transfer of points from Capital One XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. There are no provisioning in there authorizing Capital One to block my transfer for the reason of " account being too new ''. So Capital one is clearly in breach of contract. And by failing to mention this important restriction in the Capital One Venture Card Product web page, Capital One also committed false advertisement.

Consumer Complaint: Capital One, Has not send me a payment back in the amonut of {$270.00} by a XXXX order that was incorrect. Instead capital one had plenty of proof from XXXX and myself for the item sent was incorrect. Capital One sent me an email to contact the seller and mention that the item was wrong. I reached out to the seller and I was blocked from there wats apps account. XXXX XXXX knew it was impossible for me to get this letter from the seller which I called them to let them know. They said that my dispute was not granted in my favor.
