Consumer Complaint: I have disputes from the same hotel for the same amount. I disputed both transactions, but Capital One says that my XX/XX/ claim was filed too late because I only have 180 days. I will not receive a refund. I also received a letter that says Information we discovered leads us to believe you or another account user benefitted from the transactions. I have never been to XXXX XXXX XXXX! This is an undisputable fact! Im not sure what to do. The claim on XX/XX/ is still being investigated, but I have no confidence this will be resolved the right way at this point. If the investigation is done properly, they will see that the latest transaction is fraud too. Consumer Complaint: Capital One Bank, on XX/XX/XXXX I received the email from the bank, telling me that my accounts ( Personal and Business Account XXXX XXXX XXXX ) will be closed. I receive the refund of the remaining balance of the personal account in a couple of weeks. However, regarding the Business account, I begin to call every XXXX weeks asking about the refund of the remaining balance, that was {$69000.00} USD. They kept me telling me that the case was under investigation, I wrote an email to the CEO of Capital One bank on XX/XX/XXXX, complaining about the situation, and on XX/XX/XXXX calling again to the CASE RESOLUTION TEAM PHONE XXXX, told me that they tried to the send back the funds to the bank where the funds was sent originally, on XX/XX/XXXX. In addition they told me that some process should be done by the origin bank, and they did not execute that process. And Capital One Bank decided to give my money to the " State ''. There were no comunication from the bank at all during all this time, informing me that the fund was sent back or any status of the funds. The only information that I got during thius time, it was just phone calls that should be recorded.

That is the document I requested. They sent the information about my purchasing the vehicle. When I sent the 2nd request to Capital One Auto Finance, they stated it was duplicated. How can it be a duplication, when you never responded correctly the first time? So, I am sending it again for the 3rd time, and I hope this time it will reach a desk that can read and comprehend English. I like the 3 disclosure copies I signed to give Capital One Auto Financepermission to report to the consumer reporting agencies.

They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More less they did not follow the proper five step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I used my Capital one debit card to pre-pay for an emergency roadside service call to a company called 24/7 Roadside service. After hours sitting in a dangerous spot on a Texas highway I called them back and they said their service man was out of town. They said theyd refund my XXXX. Dollars within. 10 days. I then called another company who came immediately and paid them under XXXX dollars to change my tire and get me back on the road. 10 days passed and no refund so I called capital one and disputed the charge. I also called 24/7 roadside and demanded my refund I was promised. I got put on hold and ignored. I did some research and it appeared to me that 24/7 does this to people a lot. Capital one put the money back in my account and I thought it was over. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX. I received a XXXX dollar refund from XXXX. But for some reason Capital one held it for days. I kept asking why but nobody would tell me. Then I woke up the morning of XX/XX/XXXX to a negative XXXX dollar balance. It said they had reversed the provisional credit for the service I never received. They never asked me anything, warned me of any issue, nothing. They then released my XXXX refund, which was eaten up by the negative balance. Nobody will talk to me about it, or allow me to dispute it further, or anything. I paid over XXXX dollars for a service I absolutely did not receive. I thought thats why we use banks and cards, so our money is safe. Capital one will not tell me why this took so long, how they made their decision, or anything. They just helped someone steal a lot of money from me.

Consumer Complaint: On or abound XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from capital one bank requesting validation/verification of my information as the owner of the account.At the time I wasXX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to my child which delayed my response to the banks request. The bank then proceeded to close my account with a balance {$27.00}, XXXX dollars. In XX/XX/XXXX I saw on the mobile application that my funds were withdraw via a customer withdrawaland my account had a XXXX balance. This prompted me contacting the bank who since I did not make a customer withdrawal.The bank representative then stated that the account was closed NOT that the funds were withdrawn. The bank representative then stated a check was mailed to me.However, at the time I did not receive a check and stated that it was lost.In or around XX/XX/XXXX I later found the check and took it to the bank.However, the bank refused to deposit the check since it was reported lost. In late XXXX, XXXX I was advised by the bank representative that I needed to provide my tax id number, valid identification, and a signed affidavit of lost check before a new check can be issued.I submitted this information on XXXX, XXXX, then again on XXXX, XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX at the back request and prerequisite for mailing the new check.As of today XX/XX/XXXX I still did not receive my check.I requested that the bank provide a tracking number however the bank refused.
