Louisiana law extends those benefits to all accounts, even account opened after EAD date. Consumer Complaint: The company asked me for identity verification I provided it on two separate occasions and also made three separate phone calls and tried to talk with them very politely and ask them how did I get my checking account clear and verified my identity but yet I couldn't verify my identity for the card while my credit card that is but I definitely verified it for my bank account but yet they're both the exact same company and I used the checking account to pay on my credit card my complaint is why would they charge me interest on some small amount that's due which I will always pay my bills that's not an issue my issue is why do you want me to pay on a card that I can't use and also on top of it they made a couple of mistakes cuz I looked over my bill and I paid my balances all on time but yet now they're missing my credit up over some petty {$16.00} and the bad part about it is is I did pay my minimum balance every single month and have proof of it so they're wrong for that and I'm very upset I would just like some help with this please because somebody needs to let them know that this is not cool to do to people because when I'm at the store trying to use my card and it's embarrassing and also it's inconvenient and I'm pretty upset and hurt about this because I really trusted this company and I also have my banking account through them that I use daily I wish we could resolve this they won't even send me a new card they trying to act like I'm somebody else or something like that and that's not even possible because I've showed them proof of my social security card my identification of showed them everything possible I can think of to prove who I am it's not that hard for them to see and then they said that my card was undeliverable which I know isn't true because the other card that they sent me came with no problem

Consumer Complaint: I have tried to request a credit line increase three times now from Capital One. I am trying to get my credit line above {$1000.00}. I understand my rights, and I would like for Capital One to either prove that I am unable to repay the credit or approve the credit line increase. I currently have only had one late fee on my account within the few years that I have been with the company, and the late fee was well over a year ago now. I feel as if they are discriminating against me. So, I would like to exercise my right that is stated within the equal credit opportunities act and take legal action through certified mail with my tender of instructions if needed.

Couple years ago between XXXX till now, I noticed that I'm being charged every month for cash advance fees because I am sending money through third-party ( XXXX ) to families and friends. HOWEVER, prior to that I was never charged for cash advance fees using XXXX. The only thing I'm asking for Capital One to do is explain when they started to charging cash advance fees for third-party. Was there an update on their policies?
