Consumer Complaint: CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION and its affiliate CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. deliberately and intentionally closed my credit card account and refuses to act in honor and good faith. According to CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION 's 10-K report for the fiscal year ended XX/XX/XXXXXXXX filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) , page 132, CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION NOTES TO CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Securitizations of Loans it conspicuously states : " Our loan securitization activities primarily involve the securitization of credit card and auto loans, which provides a source of funding for us. See Note 5Variable Interest Entities and Securitizations for additional details. Loan securitization involves the transfer of a pool of loan receivables from our portfolio to a trust. The trust then sells undivided interests in the pool of loan receivables to third-party investors through the issuance of debt securities and transfers the proceeds from the debt issuance to us as consideration for the loan receivables transferred. The debt securities are collateralized by the loan receivables transferred from our portfolio. We remove loans from our consolidated balance sheets if securitizations qualify as sales to unconsolidated VIEs, recognize assets retained and liabilities assumed at fair value and record a gain or loss on the transferred loans. Alternatively, if the transfer does not qualify as a sale but instead is considered a secured borrowing, the assets will remain on our consolidated balance sheets with an offsetting liability recognized for the amount of proceeds received. '' This confirms a trust was created, to which I am the beneficiary of, and that the application, also known as commercial/chattel paper, was used to create and establish an account with CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. ( deposit accounts receivable ) which CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. converted into a security which and sold, exchanged, pooled, traded, transferred, invested and reinvested to which as an investor and beneficiary, was absolutely no benefit to me. This is a breach of trust, a breach of CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. 's fiduciary duty, breach of contract and a violation of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Regardless of CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A.s reason ( s ) for closing the account, I have the right to credit. Withholding my access to my securities is securities fraud. CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. is unjustly enriching themselves at my expense. I demand equitable compensation immediately. This is a violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) and the Consumer Credit Protection Act ( CCPA ). If we are unable to reach a fair and reasonable agreement within thirty ( 30 ) days, I will have no other option than to pursue legal action against CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION, CAPITAL ONE BANK, N.A. and their affiliates for acting in dishonor, bad faith and with unclean hands.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX was supposed to remove negative charge offs from XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX dollars and XXXX XXXX around XXXX XXXX and same with XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX so notified all 7 companies that since I have XXXX all seven know this this month me and niece lady is going to be trustee as a first party special needs trust under first party and state and federal she can instantly remove negative charge offs so XXXX XXXX failed so they must give back 4 payments each of XXXX each and XXXX to capital one and capital one must give it back to me immediately since they dont want to this unattiontly is causing financial abuse to a XXXX which is now criminal instead of civil so can you point out the laws to all 7 companies and save my trustee headaches so future she can deal with future problems but she has no problem dealing with old problems with me because of XXXX trustee job is a 24 hour job instead a normal day so can these 7 companies help her resolve it so she can have a normal day otherwise they find out the hard way what the law authorized her legally what she can do and the companies will automatically lose and they cant appeal at all

Consumer Complaint: I have a Quick Silver Capital One credit card that was opened after being marketed to and told that this card is international friendly. I have been having issues completing purchases online as their system does not successfully send me the XXXX codes, which were previously XXXX after a prior complaint. Other reputable systems allow for a phone call to receive, however their reps have been rude and dismissive, most recently on XX/XX/2023, when i called to let them know about the reoccurence of the issue ( which seems to occur after paying my bill in full or over the amount ) After informing an agent in the fraud protection dept that i was overseas and as such the XXXX was a bit much given that I could not be expected to have access to my local number at all times, he transferred me to an unrelated dept. I also informed every agent i spoke to of how this issue was previously resolved, they refused to assist. I finally spoke with a supervisor in Fraud protection who also refused to assist. I am alone internationally and had it not been for some local currency cushion which is not meant to be spent in this way, i would have been unable to eat. Please note also, that there are only XXXX types of charges on this card on an ongoing basis. Food delivery and XXXX. There was no reason to flag my account. Logs of my calls can be found in their system on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/2023. The first 2 times my issue was resolved and my transactions required no XXXX untill i over paid my bill on the XXXX of XXXX, resuming the issue. I smell an analyst.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to make a payment on my capital one credit card on the statement due date. Capital one would not allow me to apply my payment on the actual date the payment was being made due to it being past XXXX XXXX XXXX and forced me to select the next date which resulted in me getting charged a late fee. I have never encountered a company that would set a time to post a payment especially in a global and virtual environment. This is gross predatory behavior and just a way to collect more fees.
