Consumer Complaint: According to the fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602, There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states, it is the policy of the congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of it's consumers and to protect the security and confidentially of those consumers non public personal information. The financial institution and the consumer reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX whether it be verbal, non verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. These companies are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that '' A consumer may exercise the right to opt out and at any time. '' I am opting out out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to a museum. At the museum I got a text on my phone saying I was charged XXXX dollars at XXXX XXXX I instantly closed my card and called support. They said they would reverse it and send me a new card because I apparently lost it recently without me knowing. They did reverse it but then another 2 days later it posted again. I thought it was still doing its thing so i waited. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got a notice that there was insufficient evidence for fraud. I don't know what else to prove.

Consumer Complaint: I did a bill pay into my XXXX from Capital One 360 into my XXXX XXXX XXXX account for {$22000.00} on XX/XX/23. A couple weeks prior to that I did the same type of transaction for {$100.00} which went through as a printed check, the payment of {$22000.00} went through as an electronic payment for some reason and my XXXX does not accept electronic payments. I have spoken to Capital One extensively and they said they processed the payment and they gave me a proof of payment- they can not confirm it was received. XXXX XXXX has no record and researched it and found that the routing number is a XXXX routing number. I can not get anyone at XXXX to look into this for me, Capital One is also not helping me. Please help. The transaction posted on XX/XX/23 and {$22000.00} was removed from my account and now is nowhere to be found and I am getting the run around.

Consumer Complaint: This credit card started out as just a " store '' card at BJ 's XXXX XXXX. It eventually grew to more in order to save money at the gas pumps and get better rewards programs. My husband and I have not been able to work. I have been out of work due to medical issues and XXXX helped to put an end to my husbands return to work. He is XXXX and diagnosed with XXXX XXXX, he can not do the same thing he did 10 years ago. We are drowning in debt. We get SS and XXXX but that no longer covers the bills. We are going to have to choice what utilities we want turned off because we cant pay them all. We have had to pay home repairs, car issues, all the bills /utilities have gone up. I think that is pretty much the case for many people. BJ '' S/ Capital One has increased the percent of credit 6 times in the last year. It seems like every time the balance get increased for what ever reason, the rate goes up. It started at XXXX and is now at XXXX. My minimum payment was around the {$230.00} range but then around XXXX it starting it increasing, of course due to the increase in interest rate. I have called them and written them but they say that they are " unable to lower the annual percentage rates ''. There explanation for that is a bit confusing to me " We determine the different fees and rates for each of our products depending on the services we include and the markets where we offer them. We continually review our rates to asses their competitiveness '' Exactly what " products '' are they referring to. We are all aware of the price increases all over in our country, if the credit card company 's increase their interest rates along with the cost of the products we buy, such as groceries ... ..... I will not be the only one hitting bottom. I literally have NO money right now. We have about {$40.00} between us. Checking accounts are at {$20.00} or so. When our SS checks come it I pay what bills I can, but I still need some spending, for gas, groceries, whatever. I have applied at our local Social Services and received a HEAP payment but that was a one time credit. I have not been approved for anything else. These rates are going to bury us, I just dont know what to do. The {$360.00} current interests fee makes me sick. The minimum payment of over {$500.00} is impossible for us to do so I am sure other fees are ( late fee, min payment not met, etc ) going to be added with will only increase the balance and from what they have told me there is no cap on rates they can charge, so I am sure that annual interest rate will continue to rise. We will not recover from this. Is there anything you can do to help us? Thank you for your review and time.

I requested a lower payment per month for about {$200.00} The representative told me that I should let my account go 60 days past due for better options. I did so then was told that the information was not true whenever I called back in XXXX I was told by another representative that I could file a complaint with company about the options provided during hardship. This resulted in me having late payments and a bigger minimum monthly payment that I can not afford and will never be able to catch up.

I was never served nor received any notification in person or by certified mail to appear in XXXX or XXXX. The creditor Capital One Credit Cards had finally determined on XX/XX/XXXX that the account and judgment were fraudulent and I was not responsible for the debt in a letter I had received on/about XX/XX/XXXX after several weeks of attempting to obtain evidence. Since XX/XX/XXXX, Capital One continually has claimed that a " Vacate of Judgement " had been sent to the court of record, on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX an order to have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to prepare " Vacate of Judgment '' and have recorded ; then on XXXX XXXX XXXX, Capital One claims the order to vacate the judgment was sent directly to the court via email on XXXX XXXX XXXX In multiple requests, Capital One has refused to provide proof of their claims, nor will Capital One provide a copy of the order to vacate the judgment, stating they don't have the authorization to provide the copies and for me to contact the court. It is apparent that Capital One is constructively obscuring all requests to maintain an illegally obtained judgment and don't care about the collateral damage they create by their actions. I further fail to believe they actually have sent an order to create the vacate of judgment to any law firm, or filed the document with any court. I'm of the belief due to the constructive lies and misrepresentations they actually have issued a renewal of the judgment to further their blackmail attempts. Additionally, Capital One refuses to provide anything in writing as part of my requests, however, they require of me to send written requests to discuss the situation. This company although acting as if it is above the law, isn't and needs to be severely sanctioned, fined or even shut down.
