Consumer Complaint: I have tried three times since XX/XX/2023 to get a pin number so as to be able to make ATM transactions on this new credit card account. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has not sent me one as of todays date, XX/XX/2023. I Have called them three times ( Since XX/XX/2023 ), and requested a pin number to no avail. I Have a right to receive a " PIN NUMBER '' in order to make certain transactions from ATMs. IT is bad business to deprive a paying customer of a tool that is needed to use one of their products unless evidence suggest it is not in the companies best interest to do along with a letter of explanation which said customer has not received.

Consumer Complaint: The company responded to my original complaint stating that they had misapplied 3 payments from the following dates : the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX payment- which was sent from my bank on XX/XX/XXXX, received by Comenity on XXXX, and cashed on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX ; the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX payment- which was sent from my bank on XX/XX/XXXX, received by Comenity on XXXX and cashed XX/XX/XXXX ; and the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX payment which was sent on XXXX, received by Comenity on XXXX, and cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. I have been in dispute about these missing payments for the past several months which they failed to investigate or resolve until I contacted the CFPB to file a complaint. They have finally applied the payments, but they are still refusing to correct fees associated with their error or prove that my account should have been reported to the credit bureau. Now, I have received yet another letter from them stating that they have investigated my account and they did not find an error. So they are still trying to negate the issue, turning it back on me and ending the paper trail with me being in the wrong. There is absolutely no regard for the distress that their error has caused me, they are just trying to cover themselves.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the fair credit reporting Act this creditor has violated my rights under 15-USC 1681 sec 602 States I have the rights to privacy. 15-USC 1681 sec 604-A section 2 it also states consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15-USC 1666B A creditor may not treat a payment on credit card Account under and open an consumer plan late for any reasons. accounts both are from Comenity bank and both accounts are at XXXX balance. Victoria Secret/comenity Bank reprorted late payment for XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and I've paid account in full, they reported me to credit bureaus, without my permission. I've called the XXXX spoke to a representative which she guided me to Comenity credit bureau which I sent out for a dispute, where they say nothing is guarantee. XXXX XXXX/Comenity Bank reported my account late on XX/XX/XXXX as well to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX without my consent as well. no update on account as well account still shows as late payment. These items are affecting my credit score, which makes it hard for me to purchase a home. thanks for taking the time to review my issues.

Since then, I have been charged interest and late fees on this account even though the card is closed and I do not have an outstanding balance. Consumer Complaint: The fair credit reporting act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a says there is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness impartiality, and I respect for the consumers right to privacy. I have the right to make sure my private information isnt shared which is proven in 15 USC 6801 which states, '' it is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its consumers and to protect the security and confidentialities of those consumers non-public personal information. ( furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that in general subject to subjection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report on the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the XXXX XXXX and consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do NOT have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do NOT have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( furnisher of information to credit agencies ) be verbal, nonverbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( a ) ( b ) states that a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third-party unless-the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. ( furnisher of information to credit agencies ) hes never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. In addition, 15 USC 16 81C ( a ) ( b ) except as authorized under ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes with auntie dates to report by more than seven years. These accounts were an adverse items they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law 15 USC 1681 s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is in accurate. 15 US code 1681e states " every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681C of this title in to limit the furnishings of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. Also 12 CFR code 1016.7 says '' A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. " I am opting out of your reporting services. Consumer Complaint: The card shows available credit. Shows when payment was made. Show next payment due date in XX/XX/. But every time I go to use card it's declined. If card can't be used I should get credit of XXXX balance and close account. I reported a XXXX charge on card from XXXX XXXX and comenity did nothing for me. Of the XXXX in charged I believe I'm not responsible for all of it and comenity isn't fair with me.
