Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I requested direct deposit to my bank for the {$100.00} reward. According to the Bank-Rewards Activity web page, a {$100.00} Direct Deposit transaction was completed on the same day. See Exhibit XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2023, my bank received a direct deposit from " COMENITY CAPITAL CC REWARDS PPD '' but it amounted to only {$1.00}. Unfortunately, {$99.00} are missing. See Exhibit # XXXX from my bank. I made several attempts to resolve this matter with the bank via the internal messaging system and phone calls. Send a message on XX/XX/2023 Send a message on XX/XX/2023 Call on XX/XX/2023 Call on XX/XX/2023 During the call on XX/XX/XXXX, the customer service representative briefly mentioned that the bank has some technical issues with missing XXXX decimal points during direct deposits. My request to confirm the same by email and provide me with an Estimated resolution time was rejected. Unfortunately, none of the above communication attempts resolve my concern and as of today, Im still missing {$99.00}. Sound like the bank is running some customer scam. In addition the dates on the 3 accounts are all wrong and they change form open to close all the time. I Also when I called the last time, they threated to sue me. I am not really understanding this ; The person I spoke to today is seeing that they DID NOT DO THE FIRST ARRANGEMENTS, AND THIS ONE THEY ARE TAKING OUT PAYMENTS TWICE A MONTH. Causing my account t be in the negative all the time and overdrafts charges, and I have told the BANK but they are still letting the cedit come through ( XXXX XXXX ) another problem ... As a consumer many is getting tired of being OVER CHARGED, and these bank representatives, not putting in the right information, this world is already in a mess with people 's money and it is hard to make it. My payment were {$40.00} a month then all of sudden they claims it was not taken out and my BANK ACCOUNT shows different, then payments was set up for {$94.00} a month still, was taken out and they called again about NO PAYMENTS ... HOW??? now in XX/XX/XXXX arrangement we made for XXXX for the XXXX of every month bur they took money on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX... Thee Representatives Problems, also if your Bank or Credit Union is told NOT to let the DEBIT comes through and they still do it is THEIR FAULTS and the charges late fees causing your account to have a heavy balance, and IT NEEDS TO STOP, with COMENTY, OR WHOMEVER.
