Consumer Complaint: Please see identity theft report. I have consistently disputed fraudulent accounts that are results from identity theft on my credit profile with all XXXX credit bureaus and they have repeatedly and unlawfully ignored my verified claims. This is a violation of TILA 15USC 1681 a ( 2 ) ( B ) because my social security card was used to create these fraudulent accounts. This is also a liable for fines under title 18 due to the false pretenses.

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America allowed a fraudulent company to open an account with fake credentials. An employee was either in on it or incredibly negligent. The police office said the credentials were clearly fake. This account was used with a fraudulent website. I was trying to purchase construction equipment from a dealer. Bank of America employee told me that the account was a fellow Bank of America customer and that I could deposit money with a deposit at counter and save the fees. Unfortunately, after I did that they informed me the money could not be stopped and the payment could not be canceled when it was determined to be a fake company. A local police department with none of the resources that Bank of America has immediately determined what was going on. The amount was then allowed to be slowly sent to XXXX using XXXX. Bank of America has no interest in fixing this because they profit from it. When I tried to connect with Bank of America they slow play everything. They have a fake CEO email address circulating on blogs that get forwarded to zoomers who then just give you the run around. They provide the platform and the means for criminal cartels to steal the money in California, and then send it to XXXX, and claim to have no liability in facilitating that.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX of this year, someone fraudulently withdrew {$2000.00} from my Bank of America checking account with my debit card in my possession. The bank verified the debit card was in my possession by asking for the XXXX when I filed the claim over the phone. They were rude to me, and even the lady on the phone sounded skeptical. Clearly, they haven't been trained enough to understand how debit card fraud works and how it's possible for someone to clone a card, and I felt I was fighting a losing battle from the very beginning based on the biases of this employee. I filed the claim on XX/XX/XXXX and quickly received a denial of my claim, and they closed my claim leaving me to pay for {$2000.00} in fraud caused by their lack of proper debit card/ATM security. I'm currently reaching out to state officials to further my complaint as we speak.

Consumer Complaint: A {$21000.00} check from an agency we did business with is on hold and Bank of America is taking forever to get it verified and remove the fraud lock on my savings account. Initial problem with the mobile deposit is that the check was made out to my XXXX, XXXX XXXX, which wasnt on my checking account. I called BofA about the reversal of the check, which they stated I needed to go into a branch to add a XXXX. I went to a branch to add the XXXX with a small business advisor, who told me that my XXXX was already on file with my savings account and not my checking. So all I needed to do to avoid the issue was to deposit to my savings. She wrote out a deposit slip and had me go to a business teller to deposit the check. The check was available last Friday on XX/XX/XXXX morning time. I went to transfer the money to checking and start paying vendors, I found out my account was locked for fraud. I didnt receive any notice it was done the previous Thursday until later Friday evening. I called numerous times to escalate and find out why it was blocked. It took a manager to escalate and receive a callback from the analyst. They stated they needed to verify the check amount with the original agency who wrote it. I gave them phone numbers to contacts at the agency as I was unable to provide the direct number to their CEO which is XXXX. Analyst waited until late in the day to callback and try to verify, it went a whole weekend without any activity or access to funds. Fast forward to today, the account is still locked and no callback or release of funds. Im super late on payments to staff and vendors, the bank steadily gives canned messages about me waiting for the investigation. BofA is unnecessarily holding onto a check that has already cleared and shown as available in the savings account. My account is still locked from transactions and now its at an unacceptable point. I cant get any assistance to get this lock cleared which shouldnt exist in the first place. I received a credit card payment of XXXX about a week prior via Stripe from the same client. The other XXXX check was the other half of the retainer due upon receipt. I need the government help to step in and take action as Bank of America is up to shady practices that shouldnt be taken lightly. They have crippled my business and hold no remorse in the time sensitivity.

Now I called and they said it was closed but not in my favor so Im confused

Consumer Complaint: Bank of America XXXX an estate account for my uncle, XXXX XXXX XXXX 's estate and allowed funds to be embezzled from the estate. They did not check the probate documents for the estate in XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the estate account and then when XXXX wires were wired into the estate account from an illegal sale of real property in Maryland XXXX she withdrew the funds, even though the court order stated she could not collect estate funds over {$25000.00} and needed original certificates to obtain the funds under {$25000.00}. Due to Bank of America 's failure to do their due diligence, the estate funds over {$700000.00}, were fraudulently embezzled, making them accessory to fraud and embezzlement.

Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with Bank of America. I paid off the card and then started getting charges for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX college. I called to report four fraudulent charges on my card between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The claims person took the information and repeated it back to me correctly and then promptly cancelled the card.. I was out of the country at the time and this card was locked away. I looked at my account again on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed 2 of the four charges were not addressed and another, new fraudulent charge was made on XX/XX/. I decided it best to call when i was back in the states. When I got home today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received my new card and at XXXX XXXX I called customer service to report that they neglected to address two charges as part of my original claim and that I had a new fraudulent charge after the card was canceled. Customer Service told me to call claims at XXXX. I called claims and waited XXXX minutes. The rep in claims told me I had to call fraud because if she added these charges to the claim, she would have to cancel my new card. She said, I should reference my claim XXXX. XXXX. Oddly, she gave me the same phone number I used to reach her ( XXXX ). I called Fraud and waited an hour to speak with a Fraud rep. The Fraud rep told me i had to call claims because the fraudulent charges are part of an existing claim. I explained that I just called Claims and was referred to Fraud. The rep then put me on hold for another hour and was sent back to Claims. The the claims rep again refused to help stating I needed to call back the Fraud department tomorrow ( at the same number i called for both Claims and Fraud ) and speak to someone in Fraud. At this point id been on the phone betw. these two departments for 3 hours and neither would help investigate and/or remove the fraudulent charges. I wanted to cancel the card at this point and was told that if I did, I would be responsible for paying all fraudulent charges in full. No one in Bank of Americas customer service, customer claims or fraud departments could help me. I was told to call back at the same number yet again. I can not afford to take hours off of work to find someone at the bank to resolve the fraudulent charges. All other banks have customer service that helps resolve in one call. No one at Bank of America will help. i disputed the charges online and the system told me to contact customer service. I am at a loss and very frustrated.

Consumer Complaint: I sent you the proof of the bank mistakes except they're not mistakes they did it on purpose they ordered all my paperwork first Friday self as the customer financial protection girl they far to my signature and I gave you guys all this information and nothing is being done to this banker by this Bank the only people I see Bank of America paying is a customer financing and we're not getting paid our money what's going on my next move is the attorney general 's office and also the State bar cuz y'all know this bank is wrong for what they doing to me and I need XXXX and stuff and they tell me how they still working on my claim how long is they going to work on my claim you know how long they've been working on it for two and a half years that was in The junction files on this Bank in XXXX in that instruction they clearly states that they take everybody out of their father we open our claims 10 days to give us a provisional credit in 45 days to finish our claim this bank is not doing nothing that the judge ordered them to do in court what happened to the people that supposed to be protecting the citizens of the United States of America from these people I thought you guys was it but all y'all doing is giving our stuff complaints to them and then you sending it back to us no matter what they say and they ain't doing nothing but lying to y'all and y'all know this I gave you all information that proves that this bank is lying what is the problem cuz only people I see them paying this is you what happened to XXXX the customers back the taxpayers that they putting on the street with XXXX and XXXX sending people to the hospital send the cops today house lying on them what are y'all going to do about that. Do y'all even know about the injunction that was filed against Bank of America do y'all even know the people that are answering the phone at the claims department for Bank of America do y'all even know XXXX XXXX the one that have 10 counts of insurance fraud working for this Bank if something need to be done about this Bank I need my XXXX I need my XXXX for my XXXX I need rent money it's been two and a half years this Bank been playing with my account and I'm not going to wait two and a half more years I gave you all the proof what more do you want from me I gave you all the proof I want the {$37000.00} that this bank took for me by placing me XXXX, XXXX in the negative. My opinion of this bank I don't even think they are bankers I don't even think they're none of me graduated high school they can't add or subtract what is wrong with this Bank y'all can't find out y'all can't do investigation into this Bank I thought that's what the customer financing protection bill was to do what's the help us how y'all helping me by passing me their lives that's not helping me I'm still without my XXXX I'm still without a place to stay because of this Bank I didn't think I've been living the last two and a half years they've been holding on to my unemployment money I'm a taxpayer what is so wrong and now I can't even work no more because of this Bank now I'm a XXXX woman that has struggling to find a place to live because of this Bank I take XXXX different XXXX I don't have none of them because I have to pay for my meds and this Bank won't even give me no money to even pay for my XXXX it didn't a pictures that they took of me from last year at the bank when I had no Bank of America card at all cuz I was {$37000.00} in the hole so I had no Bank of America card I was going to that bank getting money out of my XXXX account and they took the pictures for me going to get money out of my XXXX account and put them on my claims for XXXX that's against the law they lying they can't do that I didn't have those clothes on in XXXX I know what I wore last year and I know what I was doing at that bank I was getting money out of XXXX account they had nothing to do with Bank of America why they put that picture that I was getting money out of my XXXX account on to my account and then they claiming my claims is with XXXX that's another lie you see all the I gave you all the information about all the paperwork they put on my account claiming to be you guys and you guys inform me I'll never wrote neither one of those letters Miss XXXX XXXX did that pretending to be the customer financial protection bureau y'all need to do something about these people at the same department they lie about their names and where they from soon as they pick up the phone how is we supposed to trust these people who they are and where they where the same people all the time and those people give me different names and different states every time I talk to them they also say they supervisors one day and then representative the next day it might be managers after that this bank is full of lies and deceit and a misconduct and misrepritation misrepitation of my account they forged my signature on the bottom of my paperwork these people are crazy and I wonder why the customer financial bureau is getting paid so much money but the customers are not getting any money back is it to keep us away from them because that's what it seems like you're doing I like to speak my mind sorry please do something about this Bank my next move is the attorney general 's office and state bar. This is a matter of life and death I need my XXXX if I go back into another XXXX XXXX I might not make it this time I need my money not their money my money that they stealing from me. They have committed at least six felonies on my account alone and these people are still doing what they doing to other people that's crazy I don't understand this why is this Bank able to get away with this stuff and they've been doing it for years and years and and study getting away with it but I got an idea why they study getting away with it.l
