Consumer Complaint: I submitted my paycheck of XXXX dollars to the Bank of America XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Colorado at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Colorado XXXX. I was informed Bank of America would have my paycheck from my employer the following day. Bank of America put a two week hold on my funds, my money and I cant access it until XX/XX/XXXX. I tried going to the financial center that morning to where the XXXX told me she said she couldnt guarantee there wouldnt be a hold which never happened, she never had said anything about a hold. Regardless, a regular hold is to be accepted yet a XXXX week hold, with the private consumers money is questionable. I tried calling their service, they told me they didnt know why the hold was there but many checks have been held. I spoke to management over the phone and the same thing. My XXXX is suffering from XXXX and I have to find a way to see her in Oklahoma, as I live in Colorado. Bank of America is refusing to allow me access to my money that I deposited with no official reason. I am very concerned with this issue, that a private institution can hold someones money for two weeks without any legal reason. Oh they also took the money from my bosss account already and then hold it. The money does not belong to Bank of America. Thank you so much for your time in reading my report XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I purchased an airline ticket from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX cancelled the flight and scheduled me for a different flight at a different price. I called Airline and ask them to reimburse me for the difference, the agent agreed and said that I am entitled for {$100.00}. In addition, I paid extra for a seat, the airline reimbursed me for one way and the return flight. Airline didn't reimburse me the {$100.00} nor the {$19.00} for the return flight. I submitted a dispute about the charges, unfortunately Bank of America reverse my dispute without even talking to me. I called and called but no one whiling to help. I am a preferred customer, but it didn't help. I had previously complaint about the behavior of their customer service but they care. I informed them that I will move to a different Bank but they didn't care either. There are other issues that I faced previously with them, where they released some Bank account info to my ex, but I couldn't get anyone to listen to me. I recently received a call from the Bank asking how I like their services and I informed them that it sucks.

Consumer Complaint: This is related to your announcement last week with Bank of America. I had a fake account opened which was discovered during my California divorce from XXXX to XXXX. During the divorce this unknown card and account by me went off to receivership with a company called XXXX. My divorce was a painful one in which my health suffered a great deal. After the press release last week on the BoA harming consumers -- > I am one of them! I have read many articles and it appears that the restitution process will be posted on your website? Is that correct?
