I immediately ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) went into a branch in XXXX, MN and spoke with XXXX. i was advised that there were aware the account was fraudulent. I called fraud and was advised that they would send me an affidavit to fill out. I have never received it and the account remains open. I need that affidavit.

When I went to buy they had closed my account. Called they said cause I paid XX/XX/XXXXtimes late. Was weird I have an account for years. I till pay on it. My payment is due XXXX I pay the XXXX in advance. Also my fees were charged for service, no funds cause of them crazy have more than XXXX of charges extra and double. Consumer Complaint: I have attempted 3 time over three weeks to submit this dispute to BofA and each time I am told 'Dispute service ' not currently available. That is BofA does not allow me to submit my dispute. Dispute is : XXXX charged {$27.00} by XXXX for a subscription service. XX/XX/23 I wanted to add another subscription service but I was told I now had to buy the whole subscription sevice package, even though it included my recently purchased service; but that when I purchased the full package, the previous purchase of the now duplicated service charge would be refunded. I therefore bought the full package for {$150.00} charged to me by XXXX on XX/XX/23. I have not been refunded the {$27.00}. Now XXXX says that I have applied for the refund too late, although at the time of the new purchase I was told by the XXXX agent that I would get the refund automatically. I dispute this {$27.00} transaction made by XXXX to my CCard.

In the last week, I have been charged 2 different fees for the same type of transaction. I was charged {$10.00} and then {$5.00}. I called to get my fees reversed, and was unable to get help with one of the fees ( out of a total of 3 ). I want my money back. This was taken out of my RENT money when I have a check pending.

Consumer Complaint: I opened my account in XXXX with XXXX dollars withdrew XXXX and signed up to XXXX XXXX a few weeks later after I gave them consent to withdraw XXXX my account bank of America released XXXX the first transaction and XXXX the second transaction to XXXX XXXX I immediately spoke with the bank and XXXXXXXX XXXX the bank was confused because they said I had 2 accounts which is odd and the fact I didn't get notifications from the bank about those transactions was crazy XXXX and not a txt or anything I figured it out with XXXX XXXX I thought until they sent back XXXX and I had to transfer the rest of it myself which including what they sent came to XXXX and when I spoke to the bank and XXXX XXXX I was being told I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dollars and the bank had no idea so I magically lost XXXX and XXXX XXXX or bank of America have no idea I'm still fighting that, Then I had another XXXX check deposited in XXXX it was supposed to clear XX/XX/XXXX then the XXXX but when I went to bank of America they tell me I had late fees so they took that money out and told me they closed my account again with out notifications and no reason. they couldn't even tell me what happened to the XXXX now XXXX because of late fees.the answer has been it must of been mailed to you but it could of been sent back to XXXX XXXX or to fiancee 's address. They couldn't cash it out because it was in my fiancee 's name, but you can take your late fees out then close my account without me being notified how is that possible and XXXX disappeared and no one knows what happened to the check because once they took that money out they can't send it to XXXX XXXX and because it was entered into My account and bank of America took that money out it was cleared in the account under my name so it would be mailed to me if anything and I haven't received anything from them neither has my fiance or XXXXXXXX XXXX because we checked and XXXX XXXX actually explained that the check was cleared and it wasn't supposed to be you can't return a check missing funds so it's probably the bank scamming you. So Bank of America lost over XXXX dollars of mine then closes my account for absolutely no reason but to try and get rid of me I guess XXXX was enough from one person Please help me get my money back it's XXXX just gone

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX a savings account was fraudulently opened up in my name using my social security number for this fraudulent act. I contacted Bank of America which is the bank I have been banking with since XXXX of XXXX they let me know when the account was open when I called and I asked about this fraudulently opened account. However they told me they couldnt give me information about this account over the phone and that they dont know what is going on I had to go into a branch to get the statements I requested from them to go over this fraudulently opened account. Furthermore for some reason Bank of America though it was ok and legal to join this fraudulently made account to my current XXXX checking & savings account. This is initially what made me call my bank because I had statements on my account from XXXX up to XXXX that I had no clue of. When I opened to look at the statements they are all blank. Once I expressed to them I was a victim of identity theft and I need to see that account or statements they started to discriminate stating I was being hostile & threatening them. I never once got hostil or threatened anyone the cameras will see that. However following them stating I was being hostile and threatening her she called the cops on me and band me from their bank. I have been banking with them since XXXX and kept my account at good standing and kept good standings with this bank. I am very appalled at how I was treated after expressing my identity theft & fraud. Because of Bank of America lack of privacy & protection of my identity & social security number for me as the consumer I am dealing with major losses with assets in my name & being a beneficiary of a trust. Their lack of privacy and carelessness for me the consumer someone is embezzling money from my trust account with a Bank of America fraudulently opened savings account they let run for 5 years without my consent or knowledge. I am losing so much money because of this lack of privacy with my bank.

Consumer Complaint: I have a joint checking account at Bank of America with XXXX XXXX. He has a sole credit card account for his business with Bank of America also. On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that {$370.00} was taken out of the joint checking account. There was a note that said " offset debt ''. I called Bank of America immediately. The representative shared with me that Bank of America had a right to take money from my account to pay another debt to one of their " assets ''. However, this is a joint bank account. The debt is associated with XXXX XXXX. It is not a joint debt. I should have rights as a joint co-owner to protect my funds. The banking representative could not share any information about the debt. I asked them to go through the normal debt collection process. This seems like an unsavory and unethical practice. The debt in question was being handled by XXXX XXXX. However, they would not refund the money. I am filing a complaint, because joint account holders should have rights and not be held liable if the debt is not shared. I had not heard about this practice. This should be in BOLD PRINT to any consumer who has a checking account.
