On XX/XX/2023, I logged on to the app and saw a message displayed on the top of the screen that read : some deposits may be temporarily delayed due to an issue impacting multiple financial institutions. It is now XX/XX/2023, and I have not received any funds from the check. I am distressed by this delay. I needed that money to keep my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX appointment for today, XX/XX/2023, and it is important that I obtain a new prescription today because I am only prescribed a months supply of my medication at a time. The ambiguity of any deposit date raises further concern and distress. I am currently unemployed, searching desperately for work, and have no resources currently to cover the cost.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XX/XX/2023 a representative called me to make a payment on my credit card. They asked me if I wanted to sign up for automatic payments & have a cheaper payment ( who wouldnt want a cheaper payment ) & make a payment for that month. The representative set up automatic payments but never made that payment as agreed. This closed out all the rest of my credit cards. Ive never had a late payment on anything on my credit in my life besides this situation with Bank of America. So disappointed.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX COMPLAINT FILING AGAINST : XXXX, ARIZONA BofA BRANCHES I understand that Banking must remain fluid in/with the evolution of online more convenient options. BUT the level of customer service when people like me have no other choice but to go into a branch and to deal w/ the employees is disgusting. I have worked in Banking. I have many family members who work in Banking. I spent many years on the Mortgage side with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If we had spoken to people the way that BOTH branches in XXXX speak to people, we not only would have been fired but we would have been banned from working for any financial institution ever again. There is an arrogance that all of them display. Customers are not stupid. They trust their financial institution to guide them and help them with their hard-earned money. They have spoken to me on numerous occasions in the most condescending ways. I do everything I can to not have to go into a branch for any reason but as a hard-working individual with XXXX jobs, sometimes I do not have a choice but to visit a branch from time to time. No matter how much time passes, the visits do not get better. As a matter of fact, they have gotten worse. I try to give the forever changing faces in the XXXX branches the benefit of the doubt but its always a shocking disappointment in the end. Like, literally shocking! I think it is time to hire more seasoned financial professionals, or at least a more balanced age range in the branches. I have been w/ BofA for many many years but maybe thats the problem? Consumer Complaint: As a Veteran and a first time home owner it is an amazement to me how much theft transpired behind the closing of my VA LOANXXXX XXXX and still ongoing I am fighting outdated and backdated information towards foreclosure of my home.There was a ruling marked a win for U.S. Department of Justice in a civil fraud case, which accuses the bank 's Countrywide Financial unit and former Countrywide executive XXXX XXXX of duping XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX into buying shoddy mortgages. The case was first brought in XXXX by whistle-blower XXXX XXXX XXXX a former Countrywide Home Loans vice president. A jury found against the bank in XX/XX/XXXX, determining that Countrywide misrepresented to XXXX and XXXX the quality of mortgages it originated through a program known internally as high-speed swim lane ( XXXX ), or " hustle. '' In XXXX, XXXX leveled a fine of {$1.00} XXXX against BofA and hit XXXX with a {$1.00} XXXX penalty for her role in the scheme. ( XXXX, a key witness in the government 's case, eventually raked in a {$57.00} XXXX whistle blower award. ) In my research with XXXX XXXX who was one of the expert witness and investigator when in XX/XX/XXXX he discovered that XXXX XXXX, in a terse opinion, simply told us that Judges and Justices were wrong in all those trial court decisions and even appellate court decisions that applied common law theories to modify the language of the Federal Law ( TILA ) on rescission. And now bank lawyers are facing the potential consequences of receiving notices of TILA rescission where the bank simply ignored them instead of preserving the rights of the lender by filing a declaratory action within 20 days of the rescission. By operation of law, the note and mortgage were nullified, ab initio. Which means that any further activity based upon the note and mortgage was void. And THAT means that the foreclosures were void.I have 3 full blown audits that repeat that my loan financing has fraudulent activities between 13 franchised banks and Bank of America the Mother Load of The Chain.
