Consumer Complaint: I have filed a complaint regarding the issue in early XXXX, which hasn't been resolved given the response from the company on XX/XX/XXXX. I have spent more than required for the welcome bonus in XXXX, but have not received the rewards points as advertised so far ( late XXXX ). In the response from the company, they mentioned that th ere was an issue with a transaction, and they would review and remediate my account after fixing the issue. They did not explicitly describe what the issue was, and whatever it is, it should not be an excuse to delay the deposit of the reward points. As far as I know, the referred transaction doesn't violate any of the rules for earning the rewards points, and they have deposited points associated with that transaction to my account. Therefore, I think the so-called issue with the transaction is not a valid excuse to further delay the deposit of the points. Meanwhile, the company claimed they have provided correct info regarding the timeframe for the deposit of the rewards points. It has been 3 months since the spending criteria was met, and 2 months since the statement generated in which enough spending was made.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I have received a letter from American Express Business credit card in which they thanked me for enrolling in The American Express Relief program for which I was expecting to pay on a monthly basis {$68.00} up to 12 months in order to bring back to XXXX an initial due payment of {$880.00} Dollars. So far, 2 payments has been made in XXXX & XXXX of XXXX for {$68.00} Dollars each. Even though I am in compliance with the original agreement they validated on XXXX XXXX The have abused their power of reporting to the credit bureaus by doing the following steps : 1- Closed my credit card services 2- Saying that my account is due and in collections XXXX- despised paying on time per their mutual agreement, they have been reporting in a negative way to the credit bureaus that the account remains unpaid, balance is behind 4- the most unethical behavior from a company that tries to offer competitive and reputable services, when in reality stings you like a serpent. 5- they ruined my credit for this unethical way of reporting, abusing the trust of consumers Please help me out to resolve this issue! This behavior is fraud!! I called twice on the subject, they said call the credit bureaus when the credit bureaus stated it was up to them to fix it. Look forward to hearing from you on this request.

But I was shocked about the recent American express dispute I filed in the month of XXXX for {$430.00} of XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the investigation took over a month and i was finally given a permanent credit on XX/XX/2021 of {$430.00} on XX/XX/2021. Now I received an email yesterday that again I will be charged {$430.00} in my Account. What happened to American express I want to ask? Their service has gone to the doldrums. My next step would be to go to court regarding this.

Please accept this final WRITTEN OFFER OF SETTLEMENT BEFORE LITIGATION as my attempt to amicably resolve your continued violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act regarding your refusal to delete UNVERIFIED information from my consumer file. Consumer Complaint: I keep getting phone calls from American Express for a debt my brother owes. I have talked to Amex twice that I have nothing to do with my brothers finances. I am XXXX and my brother is XXXX. They keep asking me to talk to him and to have him call Amex. I explained I am not an arbitrator for Amex or my brother and to remove my number from their call list but they will not and keep calling me and my ex-wife, who has zero contact with him. I do not even have an American Express account.
