Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get this removed from my credit report since XXXX of last year as you can see I have to case number to the issue and each time they say they corrected the issue and have not and its still on going. The first case is XXXX and the second is XXXX. But according to law15 u.s.c. 1681n an unauthorized inquiry should not happen and should be compensated and since it is taking so long and this hard inquiry is hurting my credit something needs to be done and compensation is needed. And removed from all credit reporting agencies ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: -Opened an American Express Delta SkyMiles Platinum card the first week of XX/XX/2023, with first transaction taking place XX/XX/2023. -Card features a welcome bonus offer that I am eligible for : " Delta SkyMiles Platinum Cardholders can earn XXXX Bonus Miles after {$3000.00} or more in eligible purchases are made on the Card within the first 6 months of Card Membership. '' -My account achieved the {$3000.00} threshold on XX/XX/2023. -In total, more than {$26000.00} of eligible purchases have been made on the card to date. -Cardmember agreement states that XXXX account will be credited with the bonus miles within 8-12 weeks after achieving the {$3000.00} in eligible purchases. In practice, these miles are normally credited within a few business days of achieving the threshold. -As of this report submission on Monday, XX/XX/2023, American Express has not yet credited the bonus miles. -I have contacted American Express via phone and online chat a total of five times since XX/XX/2023. -They have acknowledged that I am eligible for the bonus miles, yet still have not credited the miles to my account. Currently, 16 weeks have passed since I achieved the requirements for the bonus miles. -Most recently, in an online chat on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that the issue would be escalated and resolved within 5 business days maximum. When that did not happen, I reached out via online chat again on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. Agent again acknowledged that the bonus miles should have been credited already but indicated " As of now, there is no ETA has been provided by them. However, once the issue resolved, we may notify you with an update. '' -American Express has breached the Cardmember Agreement and still has not provided a solution to the issue.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 American Express Bank Serve Card froze my account with XXXX benefits directly deposited through American Express National Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Utah XXXX There is no one at bank to contact. The service center at XXXX XXXX XXXX can only state that the account is frozen and under internal investigation. As of today it has been two weeks without the ability to use my ssi XXXX funds. The amount in account is one months worth of benefit 's. This has caused me problems with late fees, overdrafts, unpaid bills, lack of food and necessities of life. I had a XXXX headache first time three days ago and i am now having XXXX XXXX that make me XXXX. I am XXXX and this Unjust act by American Express National Bank, by freezing my account without notice or reason has made me XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The XXXX is almost unbearable.

Consumer Complaint: American Express is banking a merchant called XXXX XXXX XXXX which is disreputable. Their practices are unfair and deceptive. I intended to purchase tickets directly from the venue- XXXX XXXX. When I searched for XXXX XXXX, the XXXX XXXX XXXX website, carefully created to look like it was XXXX XXXX, was presented to me. They sold me concert tickets at an extraordinary markup. I realized my error within a few minutes of making the transaction and called to cancel. Specifically, I called XXXX on XXXX at approximately XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX employee # XXXX and requested she cancel my transaction, made in error. She refused. I encourage you to request a recording of that call so you can hear how this merchant stands on some fine print that I suspect many of their customers do not see or understand. At the time I purchased these tickets, the real tickets from XXXX XXXX werent even available yet. The real tickets went on sale at noon. This transaction was made before noon. I believe that the methods of this merchant are unfair, deceptive, and just really dishonorable. I asked both the merchant and American Express to consider why they would not refund a charge, mistakenly made, and both refused. To me, this is the epitome of unfair and deceptive acts and practices. Only merchants who are willfully gouging customers would stand on fine print when a customer, in good faith, requests a refund literal minutes after making a transaction. This is wrong and American Express is accountable because they bank such a disreputable company.

Consumer Complaint: I received the pre-approved offer of Amex platinum card in mailbox ( XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX, in which it said I could get XXXX membership points as the welcome offer if I applied the card. Also, it said very clear that I was pre-approved. Then XX/XX/XXXX, I applied this Amex platinum card online, when it was being processed, I made a phone call to the Amex customer service about the application. During the phone call, I asked three times to check whether I indeed have the welcome offer with my application not, and all three times the representative told me that yes you got the offer. Then she said I got approved, and asked me do I want to have the card, then I accepted. Then later on XX/XX/XXXX, when I asked the online customer service to send me a copy of the welcome offer details, I was told that my welcome offer was declined. I explained what happened and she asked me to contact the customer team via phone call. So I made a phone call again and asked what happened, and this time I was told by the representative that I indeed didn't get the offer and she said the decision was made based on my previous relationship with Amex. She also told me it was very unlikely that the decision would be changed although I have the evidence to show that I was not responsible for what happened. So now I have this card with me with no welcome offer at all and also I need to pay for the annual fee. I think what happened to me is nothing but a fraud as they first sent me the promotion saying that I will 100 % have it ( pre-approved ), then during the process the representative tried very hard to persuade me to accept the card so she kept telling me that I got the offer, and at last after I applied and got it they denied on what they said immediately and rejected to give what I supposed to have. Also the reason they gave was very ridiculous and contradicted to their own statement, because if it was because I didn't have a good relationship with Amex, why they sent me the customized pre-approved offer at first? I feel I was cheated by them and I am a victim of the false advertising of Amex.

Consumer Complaint: After building my business credit, I was invited to apply to a AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD. After being denied, i then learned that there was a fraudulent outstanding debt that I have no relation to. I, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, then contacted CEO XXXX XXXX, of AMERICAN EXPRESS regarding this matter, where my inquiry was fowarded to the fraud resolution team. After disputing this information, the fraud resolution team advised me that this information would not be deleted because there were payments made on the account. UNDER section 609a of the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, INFORMATION REPORTING TO A CONSUMERS CREDIT REPORT MUST BE VALIDATED, BY PROVIDING ORIGINAL WET SIGNATURE SIGNED CONTRACT, WHICH AMERICAN EXPRESS HAS NOT PROVIDIED, STATING THAT I OWE, OR AGREED TO ANY BINDING CONTRACT WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, HAVE NEVER OWNED THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT : AMERICAN EXPRESSXXXX XXXX XXXX ACOUNT ENDING XXXX XXXX UNDER SECTION 605B OF THE FCRA, FRAUDULENT INFORMATION MUST BE PERMANTENTLY DELETED WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THIS INFORMATION, AND ALL UPTATED MUST BE SENT TO THE REQUIRED FURNISHERS OF THIS INFORMATION. I HAVE BEEN DISCRIMATED AGAINST BECAUSE OF FALSE DEBT.
