Consumer Complaint: I previously filed a complaint against American Express ID XXXX. I have since won a court judgement against them on XX/XX/XXXX regarding the balance they falsely claim I have. They have refused to acknowledge the court judgement. They are in violation of the law.Please read further. I was a victim of fraudulent charges on my American Express card on XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted American Express who reversed all fraudulent charges made to my account. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call stating American Express was not going to cover the charges and placed all charges back to my account. I disputed their decision with the fraud department and customer service while it was under investigation until XXXX XXXX when they closed the case and decided they were not covering the fraudulent charges. I advised them I would seek legal action which I did and went to court XX/XX/XXXX. The court ruled in my favor concluding that American Express was responsible to cover all charges. Enclosed are the court documents confirming my statement. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX American Express has not complied with the judgement of the court. American Express did not respond to my lawyers letter ( with submission of all court documents ) of six weeks ago. He wrote them a second letter this past week requesting their compliance with the court decision. I have contacted by mail and by phone - American Express myself and submitted the court documents to customer service and the fraud department. Their letter response simply stated the investigation was closed and did not address my successful court judgement against them. They ignored the information I discussed in my phone call and simply said they would reopen the investigation despite saying numerous times I had a court judgement against them and they were in violation of the law by not complying. That is a brief summary of the events that have transpired. I have enclosed the court documents showing the judgement I received, my lawyers first letter to American Express after the court judgement, my two letters to American Express requesting their compliance with the court judgement. I have also enclosed a summary of all the conversations that occurred during the dispute as well as the arguments we made before the court regarding American Expresss accountability. Specifically, I request your assistance in getting American Express to recognize the court judgement, remove my balance, refund the amount that is greater than the balance, and most importantly to contact the credit agencies to advise them I dont have a balance and I never did. As an aside my credit scores have always been in the 830s American Expresss refusal to contact the credit agencies has significantly affected my credit scores even though I have submitted all information to the agencies. Thank you in advance for your attention to my concern.

I do not have an amex card or any business with the company so this call could only be about my brothers debt to Amex. It is insane that these people are calling anyone with the last name XXXX that has a listed number. Please make them stop. I think it is sanctions or time for fines! I work hard and pay my bills on time so I do not get calls like this that are about my debts. I should not be subjected to harassment about a debt that I have nothing to do with. Consumer Complaint: I have a Blue Cash Preferred credit card issued by AMERICAN EXPRESS, which has {$95.00} annual fee. XX/XX/XXXX, I requested to downgrade it to Blue Cash Everyday, an annual fee-free card through the online chat. And got the confirmation. ( The conversation is saved in the attached screenshot ). They did not downgrade and did not send me the new card. XX/XX/XXXX a {$20.00} annual membership fee was charged. ( saved in the attached screenshot ) XX/XX/XXXX another {$95.00} annual membership fee was charged again! ( also saved in the attached screenshot ). XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I called customer service XXXX XXXXXXXX and submitted a complaint about this case, and got a reference Number " XXXX ''. They said they would investigate. When I asked if they could find my chat record with their online agent on XX/XX/XXXX, they replied they could not. Then I asked if I could upload the screenshot I record to them, and they said I could not, and if needed the investigation team will contact me and ask me to wait for 30 days. XX/XX/XXXX, I called customer service again without getting any information from them since the last call. I was told they closed my case with the conclusion of no chat was found.

Consumer Complaint: I've accepted an american credit card offer, after reading the terms, i was certain that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX were eligible to have their annual fee waived. When the annual fee kicked in in XX/XX/2023, i sent in a second application for my military benefits. I've never received any email confirming nor deniying my request. I called customer service multiple times, and each time they would tell me a different story and none of them could help .i ended up closing my account in XXXX for lack of transparency, but amex still want me to pay their XXXX $ annual fee and do not want to honnor their offer to an XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to American express asking them to validate a debt that was furnished on 3 consumer reports ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) .I disputed this account with all 3 consumer reporting agenciesXXXX deleted the account, XXXX and XXXX XXXX to furnish the data.I filed a complaint with the CFPB still after filing the complaint with the CFPB the account still came back verified.I found it very strange that this account keeps coming up verified so I called the CFPB and I asked how could this account be verified then I found out from the representative on the phone that credit card companies don't have to show the consumer reporting agencies any proof.So I have a letter I sent to American Express on XX/XX/XXXX asking them to validate the debt.After studying the Fair Credit Reporting Act I found out the credit card company lawfully had to respond to me.So they are way past the the 30 day markXXXXAmerican Express is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681i section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( a ) .It says the company has 30 days to respond and if they don't respond in that time frame then under 15 U.S.C. 1681i section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) the item must be deleted from the comsumer report.I have attached all correspondence below.XXXX account # XXXX XXXX account # XXXXAlso on each report American Express has 2 different addresses.
