Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, I entered into a contract with XXXX, an online car dealer, to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX. After discovering numerous negative reviews and a revoked XXXX rating, I decided to cancel contract on XX/XX/XXXX. I confirmed with sales rep that car was yet to be shipped. I was refunded my {$500.00} deposit, and was assured that lender would be contacted, regarding loan agreement. I received emails confirming cancellation and informing me that car was relisted for sale. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an invoice from Ally Financial, regarding the vehicle that was canceled. Ally states that they never received cancellation notice, and are attempting to collect payment for a vehicle that I do not have. Ally would not access any confirming emails that contract was cancel. Daily calls have been made since XXXX, in the attempt to get XXXX to contact Ally. All customer service reps stated they were unable to help, and would have to transfer me to the " Buy Back '' department. Each transfer resulted in either a dropped call, or a dead end voicemail. Despite leaving numerous voicemails, i have not received any call back from XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I have an auto lease with Ally Financial, and have been paying all monthly payments on time up to XX/XX/2021. Ally repossessed the vehicle unilaterally from a towing company in XX/XX/2021, no response from Ally after exhausted efforts ( see my letter via online portal to Ally on XX/XX/2021 ). Ally sold the vehicle in XXXX, and sent me the final statement on XX/XX/2021. I paid the final amount without any delay ( see Letter from Ally on XX/XX/2021 ). To my surprise, Ally reported a " Charge off '' to credit bureaus ( see XXXX as an example ) in XX/XX/2021. This has impacted my credit score significantly and unfairly. I believe that Ally is practicing an egregious procedure to damage consumer 's credit score for their financial benefit.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a complaint already and it has been closed. On the previous complaint they attached a letter that at one point said I owed them 1 payment that they took out of the security deposit. They sent me that payment back after I called, the reason for this is because XXXX XXXX in XXXX VA paid that amount. I called Ally and they confirmed this and realized they were wrong. Ally did fix my credit on XX/XX/21, unfortunately today ( XX/XX/21 ) they put the delinquency back on my credit report. Ally has confirmed with me multiple times that ALL payments were made and on time. This has wasted a lot of my time and has caused a lot of stress in my life.
