Consumer Complaint: I recieves a text from a USPS stating my package was delayed and to update address. After updating they said it needed a XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) rerouting fee. I paid the fee and was never sent a receipt and later checked my checking account and saw {$500.00} and {$750.00} charge from the company. I failed it with my bank, froze my anccount, got a new card and they still have denied the claim. I have recovered the text message and the site was taken down due to scam reportings. USPS had also put a notice on their official website of this new scam that I had not seen until I was a victim.

Consumer Complaint: A family member used my card to buy concert tickets. I've attempted to dispute the transaction with my bank, Wells Fargo and the merchant, and both have been unhelpful. Wells Fargo has denied my claim, and told me to contact the merchant. The merchant has told me they don't ever offer refunds and has told me to contact my financial institution who has denied my claim. Because of this, this has put me in a tight place financially.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo has sent a notification that they are threatening me by not allowing to payoff my loan per the schedule and over my remaining payments. My loan term is through XXXX but I have made early payments when I could. They are insisting that I pay it off 4 payments/4 months early. If I do not pay off they will take the money from my escrow account to payoff my balance and my recording fees. This is causing undue hardship as I must set aside {$300.00} per month for property taxes regardless plus their payment of 4 principle payments early plus recording fees totaling {$470.00}. Instead of my normal payment of {$400.00} I need XXXX this month to cover my expenses. This balloon payment was hidden and not fully disclosed at the time of my loan.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo is double dipping. They take money once when a purchase is pending and again when it clears for XXXX and XXXX. I requested bank and transaction logs. They double dip. They clear things twice and deny it. Back in XXXX, WF decided to stop letting my account overdraft. I tried to circumvent them by transferring money into my cashapp. They dont like it. They clear it twice. I dont have bank logs, but the math adds up. I want my money back!!!!! I have {$8.00} right now and havent bought ANYTHING basically from my {$3000.00} paycheck XXXX days ago!!!

I have had it taken out of my checking account with an auto pay app that is XXXX online portal, which charges XXXX dollars all together comes to XXXX dollars. I began having problems with the app in XX/XX/XXXX. I was being charged twice. I call my bank which is Wells Fargo to let them know and all so-called XXXX XXXX to let them know XXXX XXXX Gave me the money back in a form of a check. So, I call the bank back to cancel my claim. Bank told me they had to do a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. on the XXXX. I was told that is money would be sent to XXXX XXXX in 30 to 45 days. Date was XX/XX/XXXX. I waited, In XX/XX/XXXX I was told by Wells Fargo they sent the money to XXXX XXXX. I call XXXX XXXX they tell me they never received the money. so I called the bank back to get information on who, what, how and where this money went to. and needed a written letter of proof that it was sent. all I got was a Claim number, and a bunch of numbers that was an ID number. I just do not know who has this money Wells Fargo or XXXX XXXX. i XXXX cant throw XXXX out the window. Can you help me to find the money? thank you XXXX XXXX

I refused to give them my Social Security number, and they said they could not help me. The call ended there.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo fails the truth and lending act, they are deceptive, and fails to be direct and forward with their Wells Fargo Reflect Credit Card Terms and Conditions with Cash Advances. It is imperative for Wells Fargo to be very clear and detailed on their terms of conditions especially for those such as myself who have a XXXX XXXX and for minority groups who struggle with fully understanding such lingo which I am also apart of. Wells Fargo Reflect Credit Card is advertised as 0 % interest for a minimum of 18 months and maximum of 21 months. It states for all terms that there are interest fees applied including Cash Advances. In the terms and conditions it states what the FEES are for Cash Advances which is {$10.00} or 5 % of the advance. It does not state that there will also be a monthly interest charge. I did a Cash Advance and was shocked to receive monthly interest charges on a no interest card, and this defeats the purpose of having a zero interest card. When I called in the representative read me something over the phone, however, I pulled up the terms and conditions and see that its very misleading, deceptive, and possibly false. Consumer Complaint: My credit score continues to decline due to old fraudulent debt that continues to reappear on different bureaus. Wells Fargo added charged off debt from XXXX. They have me owning a vehicle that they took. They have not sent me any documentation that shows I had a loan with them. They added it to my credit reports after the credit bureaus removed the debt. This continues to happen over and over again. I thought it was illegal for creditors to add debt with different dates to all three credit bureaus. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been fighting all this fraud on my credit for years. I dud hire an attorney but he needs documentation. He also stated in my case that Wells Fargo should not be showing anything on my credit report due to this being disputed. He also stated that no one can add debts with different dates on my credit report after it was removed due to me being an identity theft victim.
