Consumer Complaint: I had my credit card with XXXX ending XXXX set up to pay my rent through them, on XXXX they try to collect the rent on my checking account, I was not ready, so they sent me notifications for me to send the money to them for them to pay the XXXX rent XXXX. I did send the money, but I was told over the phone, that although I sent the money to them thru my checking account directly to XXXX XXXX, the money was applied towards my balance due shown in that moment, so I had to pay my rent directly to the landlord. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX 's statement show the payment I did for {$3300.00} to them, that was applied to my regular purchases, so total new balance to pay on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX was {$1100.00}. I had to dispute some charges I did not made, so they replace the card, they send me a new one ending XXXX. Then on XX/XX/XXXX statement, card ending XXXX, they comeback and charge me for the rent {$3300.00} ( or purchases ) that they never pay for me!! plus XX/XX/XXXX statement balance of {$1100.00} total of {$4500.00}. I contact them on XXXX when I realized about the mistake, XXXX sent me to WellsFargo Enterprise Complaints Management Office, and since then I have to : *Send them copies of checking account statements for them to see all the transactions made in XX/XX/XXXX. * XXXX XX/XX/XXXX card ending XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX card ending XXXX statements. *My landlord statement so they could see that I WAS THE ONE PAYING MY XX/XX/XXXX PAYMENT not them. *TONS of calls and some emails to the Executive office case specialist and, after 7 months ( XX/XX/XXXX was my first contact with them ), they have been sending me letters, telling me either they close the case with an illogical explanation or that they need more time, I open that case XXXX XXXX more times because of that illogical explanations!! Is too much!

They stopped payments however it was a technical issue on their end and still stopped.
