Consumer Complaint: In the period from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I did not have enough funds to cover some automatic payments, and my account was not enrolled in Overdraft Protection, in fact, when I open the Checking Account, I refused to enroll in Overdraft Protection and asked Wells Fargo to decline every payment when I have not enough funds. However, Wells Fargo went beyond the account agreement and decided to pay them and charge me fees for them even though they were low amounts, for a total of {$170.00} in 5 days. Some of the transactions occurred the same day but they posted in different days so they can apply additional fees. Three of the transactions were lower than the fees they applied, one of them a XXXX $ transaction which they charged {$35.00} fee. XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo XX/XX/2023 Deposit of {$78000.00} was made with {$400.00} included in available balance {$78000.00} will be available on XX/XX/. I have the printed receipt reflecting this availability and was also verbally reassured that the funds would be available on XXXX Overnight received a message from Wells Fargo with two amounts delayed {$72000.00} until XXXX and {$5300.00} until XXXX which reduced the available funds from {$400.00} to {$220.00}. No funds beyond the {$220.00} was available as stated. I would have totally understood a check for this amount being held, but was told and given a printed receipt of the next day availability. Had I not logged into online banking I would not have been aware of the delay in funds, putting me at risk of overdrawing the account. I also made decisions about where and how to make this deposit totally based on next day availability.

When she sent my bank statement from my 1st account. Not the second one that they closed. Why did she refused to send that account. Because she knew people would side with her even wells fargo against me. I have nobody on my side and this is a direct violation of my civil rights. When XXXX XXXX told me. Why don't I take my " XXXX XXXX SON '' back to my home? Like she owned my property and me. Both my two wells fargo checking accounts were wrongfully closed. Only for wells fargo to force me to visit a local wells fargo branch to open the new account. Then XXXX XXXX lied saying they can only go back 7 years for my checking account information. Well she went back 10 years when my account was open in XXXX and was closed in XXXX. Why didn't wells fargo not exercise its right to close it during those periods of time. Why is wells fargo refusing to send my new checking account information which they closed in XXXX? Why are they SCARED to send it. Because they know I never harassed XXXX XXXX for them to close it. Consumer Complaint: My complaint is that I have been scammed for approximately {$1300.00} through my card through online purchases from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. All of these purchases happened on the dates of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I had filed a complaint and was provided a new card but the fraud department had claimed that the purchases show delivered to my address and that this was not a scam and had closed the claim. This is not true and XXXX first of all has to send a picture of all packages delivered to the houses. I do not have an XXXX account either for any of these purchases. It is absolutely ridiculous if they were to just look at these transactions it is 100 % red flags and they are easily scam purchases. If you look through all my transactions I have never been to XXXX. As well as the XXXX purchases are clearly fraud they are {$100.00} and over back to back. It is important to know that I have received 2 new cards since then.These transactions were on my 2nd to last card and therefore my accounting number will be different now. I will attach files of all the fraud transactions to this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo closed my personal checking account on XX/XX/22 for reasons they described as a suspected fraudulent activity. Wells Fargo claimed a recent transaction which had been credited to my account was unauthorized and had to close my account as part of its policy. I immediately got into contact with them and tried to explain the situation and why I believed it was not a fraudulent transaction but all my efforts were in vain as they still insisted on closing my account. I was told I would receive a cashiers check in the mail for my remaining balance which was a little over the {$5000.00} at the time. I waited for 30 days, called them, and they claimed they were still investigating my account and that it could take up to 60-90 days to be concluded. I waited 60 days, then 90 days and called them again but this time they claimed my funds " were not payable to me ''. I asked to speak to a manager or anybody of higher authority and I was told my funds were not payable to me because there was no trace of a direct deposit to fund the account to prove I worked for the money I have in my account. I tried to explain to them again that I was only an XXXX XXXX and that I was not permitted to work. Therefore I am financially sponsored by my sponsor, family and family relations whom whom usually transact money to my account through XXXX, XXXX XXXX and other means which is why my account is dominantly funded through XXXX and XXXX XXXX transactions but they wouldn't listen. Its been over 21 months and I still haven't received the money I had in my account at the time of closure. To resolve this, I would like my balance of over {$5000.00} to be mailed to my address immediately as initially promised by Wells Fargo bank.
