Consumer Complaint: I purchased a brand new vehicle XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo was the lender. XX/XX/XXXXXXXX while purchasing a new vehicle and trading the XXXX I found out there was no record of me owning or purchasing the vehicle. The information was not being reported to the credit bureau. I was initially denied the trade saying because it was thought to be someone else 's vehicle. This is my.second time reporting this the 1st time the complaint was closed and letter mailed out saying that my credit would be updated. There's still no report of me having the vehicle on my credit. This was very embarrassing as well as causing me to have a lower score than I should since my payment history waa excellent but credit shows no trace. It's very frustrating how these big companies get off doing crooked activities and hindering the consumers making them suffer.

Consumer Complaint: This account was charged unauthorized without my permission. Wells Fargo is aware that this account was a result of unauthorized charges. WF had admitted that this account is incorrectly reporting on my credit report via email. Email enclosed. XXXX failed to investigate the accuracy of this account. The account has listed a total of XXXX charge off under this same account ending in XXXX. The account has late payments on a charge of account. These repeated derogatories have been damaging to me. I settled for a payment to WF even though I did not make the Purchases on this account. I was promised by a WF rep in XXXX that if I paid the account the account will be removed. This XXXX XXXX XXXX account is still on my credit report and its hurting my score. XXXX failed to correct and update this account. I have disputed this account 5 times to both the creditor and the bureau. For the sake of years of incorrect reporting with I kindly ask that this XXXX XXXX XXXX account be completely removed from my XXXX report

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ we received a text from WELLS FARGO BANK detecting fraud alert, asking if we authorized multiple charges from several businesses. The first charge of {$2100.00} to XXXX went through. We do not have any business with XXXX and never have, this was not our purchase. The next two charges that were attempted on our account were declined by Wells Fargo resulting in the fraud alert text mentioned above. The next day we see that the XXXX charge had in fact gone through. We called the Wells Fargo fraud department to file a claim assuming this charge would be reversed. To our dismay, Wells Fargo declined our fraud claim stating the " transaction was authorized '' ....? After going to our local Wells Fargo branch and speaking to our manager they suggested we submit the claim again and let them know we did not have this card in possession when the transaction occurred. Once again Wells Fargo declined our claim? * We do not have an account with XXXX where the charge were made * We received a text from WELLS FARGO fraud alert suggesting it was fraud which we confirmed, and yet still have this charge to our account * This debit card had never been used for in-store purchases for the 4 years that we have had the account, it's only used for deposits. We have submitted this fraudulent claim to WELLS FARGO twice and been declined both times. WELLS FARGO insists that we made this transaction, which we did not! There is no justifiable reason why we have not received a credit to our account in the amount of {$2100.00}
