Consumer Complaint: After being denied approximately XXXX modifications over several years by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and being requested to make payments that were more than twice my original payment during each modification procedure ( my original payment XXXX / ASC requested payments from XXXX - XXXX each payment they said to show that I can afford my mortgage. ) going through the process in which the HAMP program required for participants through their servicer. I requested through an attorney I had hired to see who was claiming to be over my mortgage, after I had heard that my original lender had file bankruptcy and fined for violations of insurance fraud. I also had a title certificate conducted on my property where my attorney found out that U.S. Bank claimed to be the trustee over my property, but also said there were no assignment of any documents or titles on record.

I was told by Wells Fargo that both my savings and checking accounts would remain free of charge because I have a mortgage account with them. Consumer Complaint: I deposited two checks on Friday XX/XX/17 and they were put on a 12-day hold with a reason of " Check Was Not A Payable Item ''. I asked for an explanation as to why a check was not a payable item and they would not explain why the check was unacceptable. They told me to have the maker issue a stop payment and try again but if I do that they will issue an identical check with just a different check number. That will likely get rejected again. I need them to tell me what is wrong but they refuse to do so which is outrageous, awful service and indicative of a wanton disregard for the suffering of a client. Wells Fargo should be penalized by their regulator for this oppressive and abuse behavior and I will certainly recommend to everyone I know that avoiding Wells Fargo is a good idea.

Consumer Complaint: I had a total of nine charges, nearly amounting to {$800.00}, which were fraudulent and made using my card in XXXX, CA, and XXXX, DE. Strangely, these charges displayed only a string of numbers ( e.g., XXXX... ) with no merchant names. After disputing these charges with Wells Fargo, they initially closed the claim and promptly issued a refund within a week. However, a few weeks later, Wells Fargo sent me another letter asserting that their investigation was concluded, and they confirmed that I made these charges with my card and PIN, even though I've never been to those locations. When I tried to dispute this, it took over 3 days of being on hold multiple times with no response. Finally I was able to speak with a Wells Fargo rep and they insisted that the charges were made by a company I had used before, and they refused to reconsider their decision, abruptly ending the call and suggesting I file a police report. Frustrated, I contacted the company they claimed was responsible for the charges, but they had no record of any such transactions. I have no way of disputing these charges Attached are the fraudulent transactions from my account and my correspondence with the company XXXX clearly stating that they do not have record of these transactions

I was incapacitated at the time and we had a family member pay our bills which they continually paid on this account not knowing this was not belonging to us. I'm on permanent disability and this is a major issue. I have been reaching out now since finding out about it and that was months ago. I have still continued paying which I now understand I should not have had to do but no one as Wells Faro has helped or provided any assistance. I have been on my own. I now understand many disability violations and credit card dispute violations have been made on your end and IM now advising you this NEEDS To be corrected immediacy. I will continue to file formal complaints on this matter until fully resolved.
