Consumer Complaint: I am writing to request that you consider removing the late payment from my dillards purchase m from my credit report. While I understand that I was late on my payments, I hope that you can see that I am a responsible borrower who takes my financial obligations seriously. I had end up sick & forgot that i bought the stuff i bought from dillards so i wasnt able to have money coming in to take care of the bill. After i was well I didn't realized the bill until i was reported on my credit report and took my credit score from high XXXX to a low XXXX. The late payment occurred on and XX/XX/ amounts of late payment XXXX, and I take full responsibility for it. In fact, I paid off the bill in full after i realized i was late when it hit my credit report. Im always good at paying payments on time. I have been diligent about making all of my payments on time since then. Having this late payment on my credit report has been a source of stress for me, and it has made it difficult for me to obtain credit when I need it. I am hoping that you can see that I am a responsible borrower who is committed to improving my credit history, and that you will consider removing the late payment from my credit report. In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for and purpose.

Consumer Complaint: Fraudulent charges were made in a different state while I was out of the country using my credit card information, and I filed a fraud report through the bank company. The bank company initially refunded my stolen funds, and they advise they would get back to me within 10 days with the results of the investigation, however I did not hear back from them. A month later my funds were removed from my bank account without warning. I had to call the bank to find out what happened, and they informed me that they found me responsible for the transactions. They stated this was based on that fact that some of the purchases were made by me in this time frame. I advised them when i initially reported the fraud which transactions were mine during this period, however they included them anyway and used them to justify their findings. I was advised i could escalate the matter by filing a complaint, which i did, and was again promised to hear back within 10 days. It has been another month without hearing from them, and the funds have not been returned.

Consumer Complaint: I was sent a text from Wells Fargo saying that I needed to contact XXXX XXXX because I was being hacked by XXXX. I called the number provided ( XXXX ) and was told I was speaking to XXXX XXXX. He gave me a case number : XXXX. I was asked to download two apps. One is called XXXX the other is XXXX. I was told that a dummy account was being set up so that a couple of dummy transactions would occur to establish security. Four transactions were conducted and were shown to not affect my account. Then I was asked to do the same thing with a wire transfer of {$25000.00} to accomplish the same thing. I was instructed to call the bank immediately to tell them to make sure the wire transfer was completed. At this point I understood that this was fraudulent and contacted the bank immediately. The bank told me that wire was executed and could not be reversed. I am concerned that the bank did nothing to authenticate the wire transfer. Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage with Wells Fargo since XXXX. I fell behind and got a XXXX XXXX in XXXX I didn't want to discharge my mortgage but my lawyer did. I was on time with my mortgage when I had the bankruptcy and after so they really didn't get anything from the discharge because I was on time. So I didn't want to leave my house and I made payments every month on time until forbearance happened with the code we got locked in. I was on forbearance twice because I'm sick and I'm still sick. The first time I came off they deferred it deferred the balance I owed. Second time I got a payment from HAF Grant and they paid 3 months worth I guess Wells Fargo didn't Express to them that I still have the deferral amount which was the second mortgage and HAF Grant XXXX, would have paid that. 10 Wells Fargo said they were transferring me to their service department well I didn't know they were selling me to it debt collector that was XX/XX/XXXX while still in forbearance. They also reported me delinquent while on forbearance to XXXX. I asked them after they sold me if they could update the credit report and let them know that I've been paying my mortgage all along and they refused which I think is illegal. I printed out 6 years of statements and payment information and since it's a transunion and they said they deleted their account from my site but it's still there it's closed and it still says delinquent I had them do an investigation twice to get rid of the delinquent and still on there. That's illegal according to the bankruptcy laws and the forbearance laws complaint about the new mortgage company. At my house for 22 years I always paid on it until the covid and I don't need to link one on my credit report and now it doesn't show that I paid my mortgage since XXXX. I really did a number on my credit and I couldn't get them to defer it and I couldn't get a equity loan either they refused equity loans before people went on forbearance and after.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo bank does NOT have customer service department. Wells Fargo subcontracted the response to the customers complaints to a THIRD party company called EXECUTIVE COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT. This ECM hired people with NO experience labeled ECMOs to respond to the customers complaint without their ability to investigate the complaints and without an ability to provide a solution. Those ECMOs are working from the comfort of their homes without any supervision and without a management by Wells Fargo. There have no management to monitor their responses, this is why they do not respond properly because they are not under any control or supervision to a degree each one of those ECMOs thing they are the highest authority at Wells Fargo and they are not ashamed to put it in writing as this ECMO called The responses of those labeled ECMOs are NULL it is not worth the paper that was printed on.Those ECMOs have no way to be connected to a Wells Fargo manager and they FALSELY present themself as are the highest authority at Wells Fargo. As I was told by one of those called The ECMOs have not only they provide copy and paste responses and not only they provide misleading statements to the customers but also they deny the customer the right to speak to a Wells Fargo manager. Here what an ECMO by the name of XXXX XXXX wrote to me in a letter on XXXX XXXX XXXX When I requested to speak to a REAL Wells fargo manager : XXXX. XXXX wrote me a denial to speak to a manager by stating in writing this : - We respectfully decline your request to email you to set up an appointment to talk to you by phone. 3 years ago, I requested Wells Fargo not to mail anything concerning my account to my resident and since that I have been complaining for 3 years and in more than 120 complaints about Wells Fargo violating and denying me my privacy rights and my civil rights and denying me to right to request Wells Fargo to direct their mail to my mailing address instead of my resident. ON XXXX XXXX XXXX, after 120 complaints about Wells fargo violating my privacy rights I received this answer from so called ECMO by the name of XXXX XXXX concerning the privacy of Wells Fargo not concerning my privacy like if we the customers are not allowed to be protected by the rights of privacy, only Wells Fargo should be protected by the rights of privacy. Here what this labeled ECMO XXXX XXXX wrote to me : we can not provide details of the investigation or its outcome to our customers as that breachs privacy laws. MY QUESTION HERE IS : - WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY RIGHTS. YOU ONLY RESPECT THE PRIVACY LAW WHEN IT COMES TO WELLS FARGO AND YOU VIOLATE THE PRIVACY LAW WHEN IT COMES TO THE CUSTOMERS! On XX/XX/2023 a ECMO working from the comfort of their home without any supervision stated in their response that they ARE AWARE OF THE VIOLATION OF WELLS FARGO FOR MY PRIVACY RIGHTS AND MY CIVIL RIGHTS AND MY ACCOUNT PREFERENCE AND STATED THAT MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS CAN ON XX/XX/2023 a working from home ECMO by the name of XXXX XXXX. Wrote to me that The so called land labeled ECMOs are the highest level at Wells Fargo, there are no one above them to complaint to against the ECMOs or regarding any issue which the ECMOs never solved in 3 years and not after XXXX complaints, as this XXXX XXXX DESCROBING THE ECMOs AS THE GODS OF WELLS FARGO and no one management or supervisors above them. And sure this ECMO never provided me a solution similar to the rest of the working from the comfort of their homes and labeled ECMOs. And Wells Fargo continued VILOLATING MY PRIVACY RIGHTS, MY CIVIL RIGHTS AND MY ACCOUNT MAILING PREFERENCE. Where is the customer service department of Wells Fargo? The conclusion After you read my case, you have 100 % proof that WELLS FARGO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Notice : I have been a Wells Fargo customer for more than 38 years and this problem started only when Wells Fargo contracted a 3rd party contractor called Executive Complaint mAnagement to deal with the customers instead of traditional the Wells Fargo customer service.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX needs to stop all monitoring and reporting done on me, they have single handily destroyed my ability to access financial institutions and bank in comfort. Ever since my identity was stolen due to XXXX having a major breach I am just now realizing the true damage its done and the tens of thousands of dollars its cost me and I cant even open a checking account, or get a credit card increase with a bank Ive been a customer of for 8 years. The following banks have reported that I had accounts opened, and somehow they all are in someway shape or form, not current or in a delinquent status. XXXX is a bank that I have never banked with but they have an account in my name with the delinquency of almost {$800.00} that account was opened in XXXX Arizona. I have never lived in XXXX. Secondly, XXXX XXXX XXXX has blatantly disregarded my attempts to get any information on the accounts that they claim I held, and this account was opened up in Texas, another bank that has told me they have had me as a customer is XXXX and the only way Im finding this out is because Im going to apply for these vents for the first time because I am now a business owner and I need national banks that provide 100 % autonomy and accessibility But everywhere I go. There is an account in my name that I know nothing about and its somehow strange that all of the accounts were opened up in states nowhere near where I live I have repeatedly asked these financial institutions for my physical presence inside of a branch or even my own personal signature in ink not something digitized, but my actual signature, no one has even been able to show me a picture of my ID but accounts were allowed to be opened up in my name credit cards all types of false and fraudulent loans and here I am in XXXX paying off {$300.00} collections for credit cards that I didnt even know Existed like XXXX. All of these accounts were billing addresses that have nothing to do with me places Ive never lived the credit bureau had my Social Security number wrong and my name spelled incorrectly for almost 6 years, and only when I wanted to start a business, because I never needed credit never relied on it. Ive been fortunate enough to live a life comfortably and not need to take out a {$300.00} credit card simply due to the fact Ive had over {$20000.00} in liquid assets since I graduated high school, I paid off all of my unknown collections. Im still working with a bank because I refuse to pay one of these loans that were fraudulently opened up in my name because Ive had enough and early warning systems is not doing anything to help. They literally are the same company that almost prevented me from being able to rent my new apartment, why was that because the property staff immediately realized that all of the information that early warning systems was reporting was absolutely false and incorrect for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Social Security number was wrong with XXXX. XXXX has phone numbers and addresses attached to my name that Ive never even thought about, XXXX is the same bureau that couldnt even get my name spelled correctly on their credit profile, which has caused me to be declined from many opportunities to obtain lines of credit that were true and not fraudulent. Im very upset, and I cant continue to act as if this is OK Ive tried. Ive begged. Ive asked, but no one is doing anything to help me, no one is reaching out to ask questions. No one is even giving me a second to explain what has happened theres no reason why I shouldnt be able to get a credit card increase with the same XXXX bank. Please help me, im so glad I started a business early and did not find out what was going on years later and all in with this do you all not know how exhausting it is to have to pay for every credit bureau, subscription service and more just so I could have peace at night but every time I get an update or notification my XXXX drops because I think some XXXX loan that opened up in XXXX XXXXXXXX is going to flash across my screen and Im going to have to pay it again. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 I stopped in the port of XXXX ( our only stop ) on a XXXX XXXX. I got off the ship and did some shipping at the port only. If you look at the map, there was no way I could have done a day long drive all the way to the clinic to swipe my card and then come back. I WAS ONLY IN PORT FOR THAT ONE DAY. [ see image-1 ] [ see image-2 ] XX/XX/2023 - I discover the fraudulent charge on my card. I call wells fargo credit card fraud and they say they will look into it and will hear back in 15+ days. I wait. I receive another letter in the mail to email XXXX with all proof and documentation and a copy of the form they sent. I send it on XX/XX/2023 then follow up on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. No response via email so I also made phone calls. Wells Fargo tells me to contact the Clinic directly which I did ( made several phone calls ) with no response. XX/XX/2023 On this day, Wells Fargo got rid of the fraudulent charge and cancelled my account. But then days later, they created a new account and put the charge back in it. XX/XX/2023 I receive another leVer saying dispute declined. I call the number and have them reopen it again. XX/XX/2023 - Contacted the Clinic on via XXXX XXXX because they wouldnt answer my cell phone calls. They said they would look into the charge and they would even give me the signature page of whoever signed on my behalf. because they require a signature for all transactions. XX/XX/2023 - I got a response from the clinic saying they checked their books and they dont even have a charge matching the amount on my statement. [ IMG_7672 to IMG_7675 ] So the fraudsters probably just used this company so it couldnt be tracked to them. XX/XX/2023 went to Wells Fargo to Fax all information ( because they said they dont accept emails even though they originally told me to send emails to XXXX ). During this, I was on the phone with the fraud department to make sure I had the right number and that they would receive it. They said it would take at least 10 days to receive the fax But then I receive the 2 letters back to back over the XXXX holiday : XX/XX/2023 - dated letter that says my claim is being reopened. XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX dated letter that says " disputed charges are valid and appear authorized by you. as a result, you are responsible for payment and your claim has been closed '' [ *please note there were several more calls to Wells Fargo Credit Card department and fraud departments but I didnt write them all down ]

Consumer Complaint: In my previous complaint I had stated that I had revoked all consent that I may have given to this company to furnish my nonpublic information on my consumer report. Now, since they have clearly shown no interest in respecting my right to privacy, I am submitting this complaint before I proceed with legal action as it violates my rights as a consumer. In this complaint, I will discuss 3 important notes about the following account # XXXX. I have discussed the matter further on the attached dispute letter. The first thing to take note on is that pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 6802 WELLS FARGO did not ; A ) disclose to me, the consumer, that the information reported would be disclosed to the third party nonaffiliate, AKA the consumer reporting agencies such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. B ) WELLS FARGO did not give me an opportunity to direct that such information not be disclosed. C ) WELLS FARGO did not give me the consumer an explanation of how I could exercise the nondisclosure option. The law basically states that if all 3 of these disclosures were not provided to me, that is a direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 6802 and I have the right to exercise opting out. All 3 of these disclosures were not met, therefore I am demanding to opt out of having my information reported and demanding the reporting information to be DELETED from my consumer report. Additionally, in WELLS FARGO terms and conditions they agreed NOT to share my information with non affiliates. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX is not an affiliate of WELLS FARGO nor are they " bureaus ''. The only true credit bureau is the CFPB and they DO NOT furnish consumer reports as stated in federal law. The second thing to take note on is that WELLS FARGO is in violation of multiple laws set forth by Congress in regards to the account because pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681a ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ), it states that the consumer report does not include information solely as to transactions or experiences ( payment history, charge off status ), between the consumer ( myself ) and the person ( WELLS FARGO, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) making the report. Additionally, per 15 U.S. Code 1681 s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) states that a person ( WELLS FARGO ) shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer ( XXXX ) to any consumer reporting agency ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) XXXX the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. WELLS FARGO can not collect on a XXXX debt. This is now considered a certificate of indebtedness per the IRS and income can not be reported. The IRS Clearly defines a charge off / cancelled debt as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes reporting of this account inaccurate. I provided a screenshot from the IRS website. By Definition, the IRS Clearly says a Cancelled debt or Charge off is Income. The reporting of this account as a debt is inaccurate. I never received a 1099 form from WELLS FARGO for the cancelled debt in order to file as ordinary income. Lastly, I did NOT give XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX written authorization or written instructions to report this information pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ). And when I gave them my consumer instruction to remove this account, they denied me my consumer right. They have not only violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, but they have committed aggravated identity theft as I clearly did not consent / revoked consent and Ive sustained defamation of my character, just to name a couple damages should this matter escalate to court. Because both WELLS FARGO and XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have conspired against me collectively, they have both collectively violated my rights under 18 U.S. Code 241 - Conspiracy against rights, which states 18 U.S. Code 241 - Conspiracy against rights If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same ; or If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both ; and if XXXX results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include XXXX or an XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX or an attempt to commit XXXX XXXX XXXX, or an attempt to XXXX, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced tXXXX XXXX
